⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Abraham is the absolute best at what he does!!!! He does it with integrity and honesty!! We depend on our phones SO much. They are our Brains, schedules our phonebooks our computers and way of communicating this day in age. When they break down they need the best reliable service so we can return back to the everyday grind. I am telling you there is NO ONE that will try harder to make that happen, then Abraham. I came in with an emergency situation where I was only in town for one day and my phone wouldn't turn on. Ebrahim restructured his day to work on my phone immediately and was able to fix the issue in a matter of hours! He was beyond accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm so grateful to have found his company and he was all around a great guy. Thank you again!!

Abraham was very professional and kind. Explained the warranty and even put a protector on my husband's phone that needed fixing. I love the Bend Vibe in the shop too. I would recommend in a heart beat. Keep it up!update: I revisited recently because my phone wouldn't allow me to charge. HE had a part available and for it done 4 hours later. He made sure I knew of his travels coming and to reach out if I had more issues. Fast, informative, and kind. Great service once again!

My screen shattered and I needed someone to change it out. I was quoted $200 at a different place, but they had to order the screen. He recommended I call FK Cellphone, which I did. Abraham answered and told me to order the replacement online and he'd do it for free. I'd just saved myself $191! Unfortunately the phone screen was shattered and he couldn't help. He told me the name of my insurance company through Verizon and the website address. It took me less than 3 minutes to file a claim and the next morning the new phone was at my door. FK didn't make a penny on this transaction,but Abraham was so helpful and kind. I will recommend FK Cellphones to everyone!!

Ebrahim went above and beyond, doing a fantastic job repairing my iPhone. He fixed it on the spot, even when I came into his shop near close. I am so appreciative of his services! This is the first phone repair shop I have been to in Bend and will only be coming back here in the future. In addition to being professional and friendly, he was really fun to talk to as well. Abraham is fantastic! My phone died on the trip over from the Portland area. The screen was cracked had been cracked for a long time and it finally died. I called FK cell phone repair and he was able to fix it within 1 hour. I was blown away by the customer service and his kindness. And his price was very fair. If you're looking for cell phone repair I wouldn't look anywhere else in Bend please give him your business he deserves it!
