Probably saved my dogs life. I came in to buy hydrogen peroxide because my dog got into A LOT of chocolate. I couldn't find anything to help administer it to him. I stopped by the pharmacy near closing and asked for an oral syringe and explained my situation. The Tech and Pharmacist gladly provided me with one and I rushed home. It worked like a charm and my dog is doing much better now.

This pharmacy is as bad as Walgreens. I can’t believe how poor the service is and that they’re regularly out of medications. They don’t care at all if you’re sick and need a medication. Call and they never can answer the phone and when they do they are short with you. Very upsetting. I won’t be back

highly unprofessional behavior. constantly having issues here. I do not understand what is happening. they have put me in bad situations with my medication time and time again. I am going to find a different place to go, probably WESTSIDE PHARMACY.

This past year I've had the best experience with Fred Meyer pharmacy. Shout out to Jazzy! She is a wonderful tech and always works to get you your Rx as efficiently as possible. But really the whole team this year has been awesome. Thanks guys!

Had prescription transferred from Bend,Oregon location I thought. Was told it would be there following day and upon arrival to pick up in Redmond,Oregon they said it was available at the Bend,Oregon location not in Redmond so I drove 1/2 hour to grab it and talked to the pharmacist he said nope we don’t have it. They didn’t ask for release and “I own that prescription” tapping his chest and it will be her tomorrow. He also said that Redmond could have delivered it to Bend but he’s only seen that happen once before(during COVID). So I went into Bend location after being told by the Pharmacist that he would have the prescription the next day and NOPE! no prescription it’s now on back order. I could have had it if they would have released the prescription to Redmond location days ago. No biggie my son will suffer another week? Have been loyal to Fred Meyer for 20 years in central Oregon but thinking Costo Rite Aide Walgreens or local shop will be the place to go. Service in both Fred Meyer locations is a complete joke!

I have been going to Freddy for 10 years and I am unsure what has happened to their pharmacy and service. The staff is either nice or short with you. The app is horrible and for some reason meds you need on time for schedule refill are always pushed back yet meds that you don't need get filled before time.

The pharmacist named Je***** should not be customer-facing and should be left filling scripts. She spoke down to us when filling a prescription. She was clearly irritated by the day she was having and came across as feeling superior. The other pharmacists and technicians are down-to-earth and are a pleasure to work with.

Well staffed and efficient. I do have to ask about discount cards to get best prices… my insurance doesn’t cover meds…but doing so is worth it
