The Fred Meyer at SE 148 & Division HATES you! The security will yell at you “Go to WINCO!”because they hate you that much! And then, even though you did nothing, they will gang up on you and follow you out into the parking lot continuing to yell at you. This is the most hateful Fred Meyer I have ever been to. I grew up in the PNW and grew up using Fred Meyer. I will never go to this store ever again. The employees are extremely bitter and the “security“ is abusive. Good bye Fred Meyer.

Fred Meyer used to be my go to store, but not anymore. Their remodel is worse...the produce department is smaller and hard to move around. Their other aisles seem smaller too. When it's the afternoon and you have 3 employees with U boats stocking the shelves, it makes it difficult to move around. I had to leave my cart on 4 separate occasions, walk down through multiple people and staff stocking, grab my items and walk back to my cart. Their prices are also horrible! When you have $6.49 for a loaf of sourdough bread and $1.19 for a tiny bunch of green onions...it's just way too expensive compared to Winco.

Uncle Freddy has everything. Excellent one stop shopping for years & years. Have never been disappointed. Friendly people work at Freddy's and it's a good experience when I walk in the front door

Went into the bakery around 5pm to purchase a cake for my son‘s birthday, but nobody was around to write the happy birthday message on it. After looking for assistance, a manager named Michael came by, and took it upon himself to write a happy birthday note on the cake himself. Thank you Mike !!!

Worst store ever. Poorly stock. Management is no where to be seen. Employees visiting with each other. And not helpful. One employee told me that she could not help in the frozen food because she does not eat frozen food. And she was working in that section! This is NOT a supply issue. Safeway wand Winco are very well stocked.

Went in last night and was helped from a cashier named “kimmy” I witnessed the cashier being rude to the customers in front of me and she was telling them with a attitude “what is it that you want”. The employee seemed to be having a bad day since she was taking it out on them and us. Never have I had to move cashiers because of how uncomfortable and unacceptable her behavior was. I am a local, and shop here everyday and with her attitude and demeanor I’m not too sure if I even want to shop here again.

Fish selection is terrible. Beer selection very limited to only locals! They need to get better

If you shop here you will be paying double the price for moldy, expired food you can get fresher and cheaper anywhere else in town. My partner and I have found the same items for $1-$2 less at Market of Choice, which is really saying something about the price gouging at Freddie’s.Also there have been multiple instances lately where the food on the shelves is past its expiration date, or it’s not been refrigerated properly and has gone bad. We were there a few weeks ago on a Monday, and I noticed the salsa we normally get was puffed up like a balloon - that only happens when food isn’t stored properly and bacteria builds up, creating a gas inside the container that makes it expand. When we came back on Friday for a couple random things the same salsa containers had exploded and juice was coming out of the lids and leaking everywhere. That means for five days nobody working here noticed that the food had gone bad. We have also gotten multiple salad/herb containers that upon opening were full of mold. After this we decided we won’t be shopping at Freddie’s anymore. The shrinkflation is ridiculous, and it’s obvious nobody here cares about food safety. Byeeeee!!
