STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY! Spent $3,200 on Flexstell furniture. It arrived defective. After two months of trying to get the defective part replaced, the replacement was defective. Then owner simply refused to acknowledge the defective. I had to have my credit card Co dispute the purchase. These people are extremely dishonest.
4/29/24. Per the response below. To date, neither Fkexsteel or Furniture Outlet have offered a solution to the defective USB ports. The owner of Furniture Outlet will not stand behind the products they sell. I'll update this with the final resolution. This will end up in court. Stay away from this store.

Customer service is terrible. They were condescending and rude because I couldn't pay cash for $3000 worth of furniture.

Experienced horrible customer service today & treated like a child. First my fiancé was warned if he sat in a chair any longer he would be charged for it.(kidding ??? The look on her face said otherwise). Secondly we had some questions about a king bed set up and were ready to pull the trigger until dealing with the female sales associate! Took our money to Ashley furniture today & got the perfect new mattress/frame. We are repeat customers & have purchased a sectional & large mirror piece. Will not be shopping there again!

Went to Furniture Outlet to start my search for a new recliner. I sat in one of the bigger recliners and my feet hung over the end of the footrest about 12". The sales lady says that's how they're supposed to fit you. I said they do make longer ones. She said where and I said I think Lazy Boy has them. She said well then go there and turned around and walked off. My first and last visit to Furniture Outlet. I will never be back, Mr. Guzman.

My wife and I had a great experience here. The staff was very helpful, not pushy, and very patient. We bought an amazing Stanton sectional, which we had delivered. The company they use for delivery was really nice as well. Called ahead of time, even rescheduled for us at a later date. We would definitely buy from them again.

These guys went above and beyond, to help me get a couch in my house. I had purchased a couch from another store and got 4 different delivery dates, with an estimated 6-14 weeks before delivery! Furniture outlet delivered the couch the same day! I should have gone to them first!

They promise customer service, right... Also acquired extended warranty coverage, joke. Old attage is still true... you get what you pay for.
