Two months I tried to get my meds via mail order, and two months I had to go off my meds and ended up hospitalized due to your inefficiency. You neither answered nor returned my phone calls. You are as awful as riteaid. Useless. Thanks for nothing.

I’m a healthcare professional in the area and desperately wanted a flu vaccine for the coming season. All other pharmacies in Bend require appointments and weren’t willing to budge, so I called Genoa (a pharmacy I had never even heard of before), and within 2 minutes was brought back for my vaccine. Amazing staff of women working hard to ensure their patients are cared for, all with a smile on their faces. Amazing experience, I can’t wait to return.

Kind, fast, courteous. They even gave me a water and offered a snack. They offer mail in or pick up which is very convenient. Great pharmacy.
