Always liked this store until today. I used my debit card and asked for a receipt from the card reader not the register. I have been scammed before so I like to see what I was actually charged. This seemed to bother the man ringing me up. Instead of having me sign my name he did it for me. I Don't believe that is right. You are supposed to sign your own card. He said "I do that for everyone" maybe people like that but I don't. I said that that I'm pretty sure that is not allowed to sign someone's name. He said if I don't like it don't come back.
Going to check with my bank on Monday to see if that's appropriate.
Sad I allways liked this place and even send people from my vacation rentals to this place. Hope he was just having a bad day.
Update: my bank said I can dispute the purchase because they are legally NOT allowed to sign my name. I'm not going to because I got the product I paid for. They said I can file a police report to watch the cameras to see him sign, not me. I don't want that drama. Maybe just a apology and do better for your customers in the future. I would go back if I can sign my OWN name.

Robert helped me at the counter and was great to deal with. I have been in on other occasions and everyone was friendly. They even offered a few tastes of Elijah Craig. Im a local business manager and I can appreciate how this place is ran.

l was turned away with a very real and valid out of state license as they have no way to verify out of state ID’s in store. They were polite about it.
