About Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette
Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing vocational opportunities for people with disabilities and others facing barriers to employment. The organization operates retail stores, outlet locations, online shopping sites, and donation centers. Donations and purchases support free job services programs, while the stores are involved in award-winning recycling and salvage operations that benefit the environment. Visitors appreciate that the stores are clean and well-organized, with some praising the neat arrangement of clothes by color and the good selection of clothes and items. However, some find the prices to be high, especially when compared to buying new items for similar or lower prices. Customers have noted that pricing can sometimes be inconsistent, and the process of checking prices can be time-consuming. Customer service experiences vary. While some staff are described as nice and helpful, others mention issues such as poor communication about store policies, like the closure of fitting rooms after certain hours, which can be frustrating. Accessibility concerns have been raised about bathroom availability, with reports of difficulty accessing the restroom due to security codes and unhelpful staff, especially for customers with urgent needs. Overall, Goodwill offers a variety of shopping options and supports a good cause, but improvements in customer service and amenities could enhance the shopping experience.
Very nice clean and pleasant Goodwill store. However many items are over priced, even above msrp

Insane how over priced this store is. I love Goodwills but this one marks everything way higher than it should be. Check out other thrift stores in the area.
