This is the most expensive Goodwill I’ve been in. The store itself is very nice, but a used book for $10 is crazy. The clothing is priced by brand which means I was picking up $60 jeans and $50 jackets. I saw multiple shoes originally purchased from TJMaxx that were priced double the new price.

Not recommended to shop here. They don’t have a good service. And they need to fix time in the google because they said the store closed at 7 pm but in the google said they closed at 8.

I wish i read the reviews before i shopping here. The service sucks. No smiling, the worst is the employee said there gonna closed at 7 to me, meanwhile google said they closed at 8, and i sit outside the store and people still allow to get in into the store. Just skip the store.

Nice people work here, the prices are very high on some things that you can get new for the same price or less. Other than that it’s fun to look around.

Ross has Brand New Jeans for 12.99
They are selling used for 19.99?
The furniture used to be affordable now it $39.99 for a nightstand? Thats way too high.
Wish they made goodwill affordable again, it's literally for people who can't afford retail.

Clean inside. I feel that most items are overpriced. Another issue that I have is, if you find something that isn't priced, you have to go through a (to me at least} big 'price check' process while lines form behind you. Not fun if you get anxiety like I do.

Great selection but super rude customer service, I found a pair pants with no tag, waited at the front for 10 minutes for someone to get somebody else, to get somebody else, to get somebody else so that they could tell me they were $25 pants. The reason I came here was to not pay a bunch of money for pants, let alone have to wait around, be late to work, and be told there’s nothing they can do and last minute I have to pay top dollar for a pair of used jeans. Manager told me there was the price on the pants all along, apparently nobody else could find it.

Donating 100's of dollars here and they still reject something benign as a pillow. Seems they can just deal with it out if courtesy

Donation center is incredibly rude and very picky. They will rush you to get out of the loading dock and have no manners. I recommend donating to Super Thrift as they are incredibly polite and will take most everything.

Its been a while since i visited the store. After shopping for a good while and finding things i wanted to try on i come to discover the fitting rooms are closed.
I asked someone to open it for me, not realizing that they close them after a certain hour.
A guy i asked said "what time is it? Its after 6 so no i won't open them and i don't have keys so NO"
First of all you need a customer service refresh , second of all make paying customers aware of closure so we won't waste our time looking for things we are unable to try on and buy.
Update to response from Goodwill.
I don't need an explanation why the fitting rooms are closed. I fully understand the challenges. My review was about customer service and the lack of communication to the customer(you can announce the fitting rooms closure over your speakers as well as post signs throughout the store)

I bought a shirt for 6.99 a goodwill in bend the shirt said 4xl the tage said xl I tok the tag off because it said 4 xl and I'm 2xl so I figured it would fit but it was more like a medium so I took it back and they said they could not take it back because the tag was off this is corporate greed I'm an honest person and I feel like good wii stole from me and I will never go back there again over 6.99 I have spent thousands there.
