Most of the ladies were nice except for one with darker hair. They also didn’t do the haircut remotely like how we asked and had to go to Supercuts to have them fix it…. didn’t wanna ask the people the fix it there because I was scared it would get worse and I happened to get the one lady that wasn’t very friendly at all :(

Went to get my hair trimmed, asked for a different stylist as I did not care for my last cut. They all vanished to the back room before I was assigned a stylist. Awful hair cut. Asked for the length to be 2 fingers below my ears. Left side just underlying ear lobe, right side alot longer.So much my daughter commented about how uneven it was. I will not go back.

Just had spine surgery a little over 3 weeks ago and the woman that cut my hair did a great job. I tip in cash and didn’t happen to have any, so next time it’s double for her! Thank you for the prompt and professional service, it means a lot nowadays.

Luck of the draw: are you going to wait 2mins. Or the full hour and a half.
Better clear your whole day if youre getting your hair cut with Great Clips.
The stylists dont get paid enough and so evidently cordial interaction is ignored by default.
I WAS having a good day, gotta recoup from the rudeness.

Took my son here the person who did his hair only asked if I wanted to have his hair cut like it was previously I said yes. His hair is no where near what it was last time and it’s choppy and not blended. Now I have to pay more money on it to get it fixed.

Stylists are fine and it’s the cheapest place in town, but good luck if you try to get a haircut before they “close.” They program the online check in with artificially inflated long wait times and refuse walk ins so they can be DONE with all customers at their closing times (ie they won’t take your service if you come in 15-20 min before close).
