They were nice. There attention to detail is not good and they don't listen. I asked for a small trim and I specified no more then 2 inches off the bottom and she took over 4 inches off. I asked for lot of layers and she did like 2 small area and nothing else. She asked if I wanted face shaping and I said yes and she totally didn't do it. I have long,think curly hair and the cut took less then 10 minutes. She just wanted me in and out which in most cases is good but the cut I get takes always longer.

This Friday when I went with my boyfriend to have his haircut done, I really disliked it. The lady had only 10 minutes to close, and she still agreed to cut my boyfriend's hair. And she did it in a hurry. I was very disappointed by the haircut they gave him.and one part was longer than the other and some hairs were longer than the other. She didn't even take the time to see both sides of her head and trim her hair well. hair . This was my last time with great clips, it was money wasted.

Disappointed ? I usually have great cut + the good price that can't be beat! This time Ms Jessica was nice and seemed like she knew what she was doing but actually not! She never asked me how I like to get the trim , just chopped off all my bangs, cut the side , rushing to go to other costumes and now im looking like mushroom ? i know it will grow it back but for now I have to wear a hat or something everywhere??!!! Very disappointed from this appointment!

This was one of my favorite hair cuts. The ladies were fun, jovial and in good spirits even after a 120 minute wait. Not to mention how handsome I am now thanks to them.

Service was horrible. The stylist was unprofessional and impatient with my son. Blamed everything on him when all she needed to be was a bit more patient and talked him through. Horrible stylist.

Horrible experience with booking online and I wish Great Clips would fix that!If you can handle the stress, both Becky and Abi were so friendly, and their customer service is amazing!Abi cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted, and I love styling it now. She was also fun to chat with.Can't beat the cost - just wish corporate would review the booking issues so these ladies can focus on what they do best and not deal with angry people.

Abby saved the day again!!! Thank you so much!Me and my partner went in for haircuts earlier in the day and Patty cut my partner’s hair/beard very sloppily, rushed through his beard trim, and missed spots on his neck. Once asked about the beard trim, she sighed and seemed upset about going the extra mile for a paying customer.The lady that cut my hair seemed very rushed, left my unmanageable cowlick and several stray, long hairs poking out all around my head. Both associates were very rude, and the lady that cut my hair was glaring at me when I returned for a touch-up.Afterwards, we returned to get a touch-up from one of our favorite people there, Abby. She got us squared away, looking and feeling MUCH better than we did two hours prior.THANK YOU!!!

The haircuts have always been great but, can't believe the person in charge does not allow Veterans discounts anymore! I'm sure the money you would lose wouldn't be a drop in the bucket. So the least you can do is show some respect!
