My family and I have been with Hayden and State Farm for several years now. He is an exceptional person to work with. He communicates everything very clearly and promptly and is always available to answer questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a top tier insurance agent. Greg has been my State Farm agent for about 7 years now. Greg is incredibly personable, and really upholds the value of "like a good neighbor." While obviously all insurance agents have a product to sell and a living to make, Greg always makes sure, and takes the time, to make sure I understand all of the various implications of my choices as it relates to my coverage decisions, and at the end of the day, Greg is there to provide recommendations and reasons, but the decisions are mine and he's there to support. This most recently came up with my decision to add term life insurance. Greg worked with me over the course of probably two years to help me understand the options, and was never pushy when I said I wasn't ready to add the expense. Ultimately, life insurance would have been cheaper somewhere else but I chose to take the option with State Farm because of service Greg, Brennan, and the office provides. Greg can sometimes sound a little sales-oriented, but ultimately it's incredibly clear to me that his interest is in supporting his clients and making sure they've got the best interests of their clients at the forefront of their conversations.

I am very impressed with the customer service I received from Brennan Bell when I switched to Greg Elder's State Farm. He was able to increase my coverage while lowering the rate I was previously paying.
A few weeks later, I met with Greg Elder who wanted to introduce himself. I appreciate the explanation of all the assistance his office can provide if ever needed and the advice he gave on additional coverage.
