I have two rescue pups and am extremely particular about who grooms them because I want to ensure they're well cared for while there. Jen is THE best!! She is patient and compassionate, and my dogs always get super excited and run right in when we get there. They come out looking like a million bucks every time. I highly recommend Groom Bend.

After our groomer moved away, we started taking our dogs to Groom Bend. They took excellent care of our very timid long haired Aussie mix for regular grooming and our husky who needed the occasional bath and nail trim.

Jen and her staff did a fabulous job on our 1 year old mini Aussie, Riley. He looked a bit rough coming off a winter like we had! They made him look handsome and well- trimmed! They took us within a week of calling for an appt. Highly recommended them and will be a regular!

I brought my poodle in for a groom and had a wonderful experience. But when trying to book another appointment, they waited until I had been on the schedule for a month to tell me it’s been too long since her last appointment and they wouldn’t take her because of a liability issue of her being matted. “Sorry. Can’t help you.” Poor customer service, if you ask me.

Groom Bend's owner/groomer and her associates take great care of my dog, Wilson. I am always extremely happy with the thorough and gentle job they do. They pay attention to the details of how I'd like my dog's haircut and consistently have Wilson looking simply adorable and just as we like to see him look. As importantly, my dog is comfortable there and never needs to stay for an inordinate amount of time. Wilson has Addison's and Jen and her assistants make adjustments for his special needs. I feel privileged to be one of Jen's clients and totally trust her knowledge and judgment regarding the care of animals. Groom Bend is another reason living in Bend, Oregon is such a joyful, comfortable place to reside.

I love Jen and Groom Bend! This has been one of the best grooming experiences I've had with Wilson - my Lhasa Apso mix. No dog is a huge fan of getting groomed, but I know Wilson is comfortable and in good hands when he goes to Groom Bend. Jen is very caring, the staff is fun and the establishment is clean. I am really glad I found Groom Bend and have recommended them to anyone that has a dog that needs regular grooming. Thank you Jen for taking such good care of my Mr. Wilson!

I trust groomer and helpers implicitly. They do incredible work and at a fair cost for the quality. She is the best poodle groomer and was trained well to get the precision needed to get the proper professional look in this breed. Her ability to do what the client wants for their dog is perfect!

Jake loves to go see Janet and her beautiful dog Jimmy. He use to be so scared but through her kindness and playing with Jimmy he loves it! He always looks so good after a visit and he stays clean and groomed for quite a long time.
