Kinda whack they wouldn't comp a $10 tip when the one i was sold with the nectar collector did not fit properly.
I've spent so much with them over the years. Made me feel undervalued as a customer.
It was my first bad experience, but I definitely left with a bad taste in my mouth.

I absolutely love Hempies!! The staff is always super friendly & fast. By far they sell the Best Kratom,Vapes,Nicotine juices, & misc stuff; which are fairly priced & great quality. Also they have a membership points earning system that gives however many different amounts of points depending however much $ you spend til enough points are earned for diff levels of cash off discounts i.e $1,$2,$5,$10 you may use on any next purchases.
I hope they open more locations, New one near North end of Bend would be nice though as Hempies is clear across town.

I cant say enough good thing about everyone who works here, but all the girls working this morning at 11am truly made my day! Their energy was infectious and they made both transactions (because i came right back for the second wandjamin 🤣) some of the most enjoyable interactions of my whole day. 10/10 customer service, I'll never stop coming back 💖

I went here with a friend for the first time. I guess I am a little older than their average customer. The ladies are all very polite and helpful. They have a lot of really interesting and creative trinkets and clothing. They have one of the largest selections of water pipes and vapes around. I highly recommend stopping in.

Hands down best vape shop in the area.
We've driven all over bend and redmond looking for specific kinds of mod tanks/coils and nowhere had anything that we like/use - until we found this place.
Not only do they have a great selection, they have cute clothes, purses, crystals, trinkets, gauges, body jewelry, AND the staff was super sweet and attentive.
Happy to have found this place, thanks for being so amazing 🩷
