On our last trip we found some glasses we really liked, though they were down to their last pair. We put our names on the interest list and after about a month they reached out to let us know they were back in stock. We got a pair for our friends and a set for ourselves. There was no pressure to choose a particular option. When I made a decision, days later, I was greeted by Debbie who remembered me and remembered what I was looking to do. She made sure that it was going to work. The furniture is top quality. I forgot my checkbook and was told I could pay upon delivery. They made me feel like a valued customer. The delivery guys also cared that the set-up was going to work. They were impressive. I will be buying more patio furniture from them in the future.”
