Ordered an item on-line which was supposed to be delivered next day. The day it is supposed to be delivered, I get an email saying it has been shipped. I check with the delivery service. The delivery service says they have not received item. I could have gone to the store to pick it up, if I had known that Home Depot was not going to deliver the item as advertised on the order page.

Guy that helped us knew nothing. Sent us on a wild goose chase. But sure told the guy behind us the info he wanted to know perfectly. So glad women are less than in your store. Thank goodness Lowes doesn't treat us amy different.

Incredibly disappointed. Went on a Saturday afternoon where they had closed the entire paint department to stock. When I asked for a manager, the customer service rep stated he hates it when they do that because of complaints. The manager manager never responded. I drove 45 minutes each way for paint. I won't complain again, there's enough competition out there...Lowes gladly sold me paint from their open paint department.

I ordered flooring with install. The ad makes it sound very easy but in fact it has been a challenge the whole process. Nicole and Emily in flooring were no help . Every question I asked had no answers and I was told to talk to installer. Then the installer would telll me to call Home Depot. Also the flooring materials were not available when install came and I had to reschedule. I would not recommend Home Depot services or depend on advice from these “home experts”

Power tool selection is terribly limited. Plant area a joke. Customer service hit or miss but the guys in the lumber area are great

Today I went to this The Home Dept, had amazing experience with soooo much help! I had a busted sprinkler pipe and a lego that got stuck in our toilet... they helped me find the pipe and all the fixings. Alan had the most knowledge and just over all happy to help! He is super funny too! His name is spelled like that, I made sure to get it right. Haha! If he isn't already a manager... he should be promoted.
Overall amazing experience!!!!

HD is generally pretty good. Oftentimes, it is really busy and difficult to check out. About 15% of the time they won't have what I need in stock. The employees are always helpful, but not necessarily very polite.
