Today I went to get a gallon of paint. We had a very nice older lady helping us. Their were 5 of us that wanted paint. Well, there were 3 guys standing and she asked for help ( 1 of them was named Steve). They all walked off. Then one guy was restocking and my husband asked if he could help. He told my husband he was busy. My husband then went to the service desk she said, they were trying to find somebody to help her. Why would you have a 75yr old lady picking up 5 gallons of paint. We have shopped and asked for help to buy a hot water heater, we were told just go down that isle. We left and also went to Lowes. We bought our hot water heater. This was years ago, when we were building our own home. Your "MALE staff" at Home Depot should be "ASHAMED" of themselves. She had to get on the PA system when they were right in front of us. Go figure. Then the lady I helped put a 5 gallon bucket of paint in her cart was behind me, she walked out and left right behind us., without the paint. Sadly as for the comment of the older staff, maybe they need the money and have to work. Be Kind to them!

Rude ass old ladies working the registers. If you can't manage the minimal basics of customer service, it's time to retire. And they say it's the younger generations who have bad work ethic/manners, LOL!

We use the curbside pick up. It works great. I was having a problem with the Homedepot app when I arrived. ( My issue not the app). I called the store and the gal was more than happy to direct me to my product pick area. This was approx 0700 on Saturday. Great service!!!!!

The store is always well-stocked and typically clean and organized. They are short-staffed and they're doing their best, so please be patient with them (just like many other businesses right now). I don't have any complaints, just wanted to share my gratitude for this place. =) #ThankYouThursday2021

wow, so ordered 6 roof panels to be delivered. The delivery person "Ralph" dropped off the wrong panels & then had to PU the wrong panels 3x. What the hell? I hired 2 people today to instill them on my RV cover sides. Well today they P.u. the wrong panels again. I had to pay my workers for 1.5 hours since they showed up on time. But since Home depot came early and take them back, I had no work for the workers I hired. . Im out $60.00 paying them. Then Home depot charges me another $13.00? ill never use them again for anything . ill dispute my payPal charge. i

I'm curious as to why these reviews are so low.. Cathy at the customer service desk was amazing the other day as was the other 2 attentive workers behind the counter.. All the workers I encounter always have a pleasant disposition, and I've been coming to this Depot for years. I think all these bad customer service reviewers should to relax and be patient. Transplants need to realize they're in Bend and to just calm down.

Kathy and Mary (checker) were phenomenal and honestly made MY Christmas even though I was buying a gift for my fiancé! They were so kind and so patient with my lack of knowledge- they helped me find the right product and made the entire process so easy and efficient! 10/10 recommend! Give them both raises!!

I give this Home Depot zero stars for safety. I was there on Friday, October 23, 2020. At least 20 people in the store didn't wear a mask, including many walking in unmasked. When I asked multiple staff members about this, I was told an identical response - "we are not allowed to approach unmasked people." I later telephoned, and was told by a man identifying as a manager that "we have been directed by Corporate Headquarters not to talk to or ask unmasked people to leave." If you have any health concerns, do not shop here.

Poor customer service. Shelves are empty in a some areas and don't have any idea when they're going to get more, even though other locations in the state are well stocked. Unfortunately, they haven't caught up with the last decade yet and don't ship from store to store. Worst part is trying to work with them. The idiot running the phone in the department I contacted was confused by basic English. I had to slow down and reword. Then it took a half hour on hold to be directed to the wrong person.

Home Depot is good for a lot of things but don't buy their lumber it's garbage, every time you go there you have to shuffle through piles and piles of wood just to find decent Lumber, I go down to Miller lumber and they have awesome Lumber, Home Depot just gets this Third World Country Lumber, It's just poor quality, if you're buying lumber to build Half a** shelves in the shed you never go into I guess it's fine, it can bow all over the place, but if you want to build anything precision don't buy their garbage!!!

Orders in curb side pickup are taking over 24hrs. I ordered 2 items. No one was waiting for curbside pickup and they sent me away saying it will probably be tomorrow. I regret not ordering on Amazon.

We ordered new windows through Home Depot this past Spring for our house. The windows were installed in June. Immediately after the installation we noticed a lot of issues including one window not locking, a gap between the window and frame and deformed plastic and scratches on the new windows (we ordered 6 windows total).

I went to find unfinished wood coasters to paint. . Several bloggers said they had found theirs at HD. Searched and found none. A very pleasant young man "Dusty" asked if I needed help! I sure did. He helped me find a nice piece of poplar and cut it in 4x4 pieces (6). I can't say enough about his people skills and efficiency. It is very difficult to get help in thIs store. Many of the employees seem disinterested or bored. Very little eye contact and no smiles. Dusty, one of the assistant store managers, was a huge exception . Thank you again, Dusty!

Really poor customer service going on at this location. I was in the store on 7/5 tring to buy a new refrigerator and dishwasher. I had the two models I wanted picked out and was ready to make my purchase. However the lady working in the appliance department was on the phone. We waited 20min for her to get off the phone, but she never did. So we left and went to lowes
