In Bend where Hoody’s banners wave,
Collectors sigh, not rave.
A dusty shelf, a jumbled stack,
A rookie card bent in the back.
No sparkle in the glass display,
Just overpriced, and in dismay.
The staff seem lost, the prices high,
Even commons make you cry.
But drive a bit through mountain mist,
To Sisters town — you get the gist.
Where Sports Card Ink holds court with pride,
With treasures stacked and joy inside.
A friendly nod, a polished case,
Each holo shimmers into space.
From graded slabs to packs so clean,
It’s every hobbyist’s dream scene.
They know the names, the stats, the flair,
They handle cards with utmost care.
A place where trades feel just and fair —
You’ll always find a gem in there.
So if you're stuck in Bend one day,
And Hoody’s leads you far astray,
Just hit the road, take that short drive,
To where the true card shops survive

They give you free stuff if you leave a 5-star review, which is why they have such a high rating. Stuff is overpriced, and the workers are barely there. If you want a real card shop, go to Sports Card Ink in Sisters where there is a very charming and engaging owner who has cheap goods and gives an amazing experience, which Hoody’s could never offer.

Was in Bend for a bachelors party. Had to stop by because i knew them from ebay. The 2 guys were dope and chill. Did not rush me at all. The prices were very reasonable for their singles. Highly recommend if you are in Bend and collect.
