I used to love staying here and recorded it to all my coworkers as we travel often. This time I’m sad to say I can no longer recommend and will not stay again most likely. They used to have local haven bagels and stumptown coffee which were incredible and the main factor in staying here. They now have the average run of the mill prepackaged muffins, high fructose corn syrup imitation maple syrup for pancakes, powdered eggs, and soggy potato’s. Super disappointed to see. I would consider staying again if they make these changes back to supporting local businesses and providing adequate non GMO food options.
The room-
Clean rooms. I discovered while already in the shower that housekeeping had not filled either my shampoo or conditioner after the last guest checked out and there was none to be had in pump containers in shower. Very frustrating as there’s not much you can do at that point but finish without cleaning your hair and talk to front desk later. Which I did and they filled for me.
The TV was not connected to the Internet and I was unable to use for the duration of my stay. I texted with BW about it and they had me standing on a chair and a desk attempting to unplug cords to reset it. That didn’t work then they stopped replying , leaving it still unusable.
Overall bad experience.

We absolutely loved the Peppermill! It was our first trip to Reno and we were so happily surprised. The staff was so kind and caring, the rooms were large and clean, the casino was beautiful, spacious and energetic. Overall, it is a lovely four day visit and we can’t wait to go back again!
highly recommend! 🤗☀️

There was no concern or caring about confusion on a mistake I made booking the reservation. There customer care team hides behind impersonal emailing. The staff at the location is trained to refer all concerns to the hotel’s customer service by email only. This is terrible hospitality. I don’t blame the hotel staff but the company culture that allows this to happen. The only true hospitality I got there was the worker maintaining the breakfast area, she was very hospitable, certainly not from the company culture but of her own caring for people.

Nice, convienent hotel on Century drive on the way to Mount Bachelor. Easy access and plenty of parking. There's an excellent Mexican restaurant on site called El Corporal. Dont miss it!

Helpful! Quick and very efficient service. Quiet area surrounded by beauty. Lots of nice places to walk and eat. Joe at the front desk gave the best experience I've honestly had with Best western. Quick and professional along with help when ever needed. Would recommend this lodging to everyone. Great stay before the holiday. Will be back. Thank yall! Joshua. 🤙🏾

Had high hopes but very little soundproofing. Asked for a quiet room. Have heard loud thuds for several hours preventing sleep. It is the deep bass thuds that get through noisemakers and ear plugs. /sigh Unfortunately, didn't fulfill it's role as a place to sleep so 1 star. Would have given this 5 stars except for the lack of sleep.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I consider myself particular on the quality of things. This hotel checked all of my boxes. It was incredibly clean, smelled great, had comfortable beds and the location was wonderful. The staff was all so friendly, especially the woman in charge of breakfast. Front desk was super helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Pool and hot tub was clean. My family of seven stayed for 3 nights and we will definitely be back, especially at this reasonable price point!

Beautiful Hotel, great amenities, and great staff. Management and front desk are amazing. Nancy is the sweetest hardest working lady that makes sure your breakfast experience is great.

Nice clean establishment. Like their shower design. Great king-size bed with cool fireplace. Look forward to staying another time as well. Affordable and nice. Stayed in the lava suit...

The only location issue is that I prefer to stay downtown, where I can walk to many restaurants. I don't want to deal with parking or driving, especially when I've had drinks. The on-site restaurant is great, but I prefer some diverse options.

Nice place to stay when in Bend in a quieter side of town.

We decided to stay in Bend instead of making the drive back to Salem.
I booked a room 2 days in advance and the price was pretty good. Being one of the lesser cost hotels I thought it would be old and yucky but I was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t. The lobby was clean and inviting. The kids (3 teens) went swimming and there was only 1 bathroom to be able to change in so it took a few minutes for everyone to get changed. They played in the pool until 10:00 and we were told right at 10 it was closing.
The room was nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom had a barn style door so there wasn’t a way to lock it. The shower had nice pressure and plenty of hot water. The soaps and shampoo were empty.
I booked a room with a fireplace but there wasn’t one in the room. We got there pretty late and the kids went straight to the pool so after 10:00 I didn’t care to pursue not having the fireplace.
Checkout was super simple and we were in and out quickly.
We will stay here again for sure.
