Me and my wife decided to re-carpet our oversize bedroom and there was no way that we were gonna do Home Depot or Lowe’s ever again after shopping around we decided to go with I&j Patty Joe was very friendly and helpful on our first visit We picked a couple different versions out. They sent someone out to get the measurements we decided on a carpet. They gave us an install date. They were on time on schedule. Parker And his guys were very fast on tearing out the old carpet installing the new we’d have to say we had a very, very pleasant experience through the whole thing highly recommended

So here is a true story about I & J carpets. If I could leave them a
less the 1 star review I would. They provided and installed a cork
floor in our exercise room. It had a 25 year warranty. It failed after 15 years by de-laminating in several spots on the floor.
It was not caused by any liquid and I proved that to them. So what did they do when they agreed the floor was faulty?? They referred me to the district office of the product. Who in turn referred me to the manufacturer, who was in a foreign country,
of course they ignored me and never contacted me, even after multiple calla. I & J carpets said they could not help me as I must deal with the manufacturer, even tho they sold and installed the product. I & J does not live up to there promises of complete customer satisfaction. I & J does a great job until you have a problem, then they abandon you and their promises.
There answer: It was something spilled on the floor which is not correct. As we speak the floor is delaminating in several spots in the entire room. You can clearly see the glue is failing causing the floor to de-laminate. They never came out to look at the floor.

Working with Jerry at I & J Carpets to find the carpet for my bedrooms was the most seamless process. No pressure, clear communication and he even took the time to come out to the house and measure before I had agreed to even purchase the carpet.
The installation date was communicated well in advance, and the installers were prompt, professional, friendly and took great care of my home.
The quality of products, not only the carpet itself but the rug pads, were an immediate upgrade, and have made the room not only aesthetically pleasing but wonderful to walk on as well.
I look forward to working with I & J again.

We are incredibly happy with the end result! The installer she had do our job was also amazing! Parker Ravera and his team at Next Generation Flooring was efficient, professional, and personable. We are certainly pleased with the attention, service and selection of our new carpeting for our living room. Patti Jo was extremely knowledgeable and provided great assistance. The scheduling for room measurement was within a few days and then installation was very quick once the carpet arrived. Our installer was also great.
There is no need for us to go anywhere else for our flooring needs!!

We have used I& J for over 30 years, for our personal home as well as referrals to our clients in our remodeling business. They are consistently professional, honest, knowledgeable and responsive. They carry quality materials, won't try to upswell you. They keep their promises and always deliver on schedule. We just remodeled our personal home and they installed some gorgeous LVP throughout, it looks amazing!

Our experience walking into I & J Carpets in Bend Oregon was a pleasant and welcoming experience. We were approached by Patti Jo, pleasant helpful and patient. We gathered samples went home and fought with color decision making. We made several visits for more samples and were always greeted by Patti Jo. When we finally decided on our carpet color and style, Patti Jo came to our home to measure and do her magic. She contacted us by email with a proposal. We then confirmed and our carpet was ordered. We scheduled an installation date and confirmed with installer, Tim Tennis and Triple R Moving. One full day and our work was completed without a hitch. We are grateful for the excellent service we experienced working with Patti Jo at I & J Carpet in Bend, Oregon. Great experience! Thank you, Ray and Veronica
