1st visit was with a 2011 Tacoma and was super impressed with the staff's professionalism, responsiveness and overall quality of service. Landon kept me totally updated on everything and ensured a really quick turnaround. Will definitely be back with my other vehicles when it's time!

Yet another top notch experience with Import!
I’ve been getting what I think you would call medium to heavy maintenance plus one major upgrade done over ~5 years on my ‘89 land cruiser, some of which have been technically tricky and involved extra legwork to get right, but they solidly hit the mark each time.
Upfront the organization and prep is stellar from August, Casey, and Landon. Hands-on Sean, Ryan, Zach, and the guys in the shop carry out the highest quality work I’ve ever seen.
I can tell that owner Gabe puts a lot of thought into putting together the right team and running a well oiled (ha!) shop over the long term. And thank you for the free loaner cars!!
The expertise experience and advice is not limited just to my vehicle. These guys have such a wide range of knowledge and experience and they are willing to share.
I very much appreciate having Import as a reliable and honest resource for the work that I need, and even more so for being a partner in the long term health and maintenance of my beloved cruiser.

Great service. Had an engine replacement done here. Took longer than expected by no fault of the shop, and they communicated throughout the process and made up for the delay. Not from bend, but would highly recommend this shop for quality service and communication.

Nissan of Bend closed so I went to Import Performance to get my Armada serviced. Best choice I ever made. I was impressed with the cleanliness and very impressed with the two gentlemen working the front desk. I was very pleased with the work done and was given a detailed report on
the condition of my rig. I was very pleased and will definitely be going back for all my maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend Import Performance.
