Absolute joke. Untrained staff give documents without knowing what they’re doing. Clearly, no one cares in this office. They just want to make money. Do not recommend.

Our insurance went up an excessive amount for seemingly no reason upon our annual renewal. My wife tried to get to the bottom of it and was initially given wrong information as to the reason for the price change. I got involved and told them that this needed to be looked into further, as the reason given for the price increase did not make sense. I was immediately met with the option to leave them and go else where. I told them that I would first need to resolve this issue, as we are owed hundreds of dollars. After weeks of waiting and getting no progress on the issue, I decided to reach out to Traveler's insurance myself. Even then I had to escalate the issue once again to a manager in order to get any real answers. They finally fessed up to making a mistake and even then it took several weeks to fix it and get the money that was owed us. The manager at Insurance Center did get me a supposed "answer" as to why the mistake happened, but the manager at Traveler's refuted it and was not even sure where that info came from. When I inquired as to why there were no notes of this conversation placed on the account, nor a phone recording to document the call, even though all calls are recorded, the Traveler's manager was surprised too and had no answer. Makes me wonder if that call even took place. The local insurance rep is supposed to be both the middleman and your advocate, but I was completely let down by Insurance Center. This whole ordeal not only dragged on for over 3 months, but on more than 1 occasion I was promised a phone call back by the manager at Insurance Center and heard nothing. It feels like they couldn't be bothered once they realized what a mess the situation was, and decided it was easier just to ghost me. I strongly recommend you look else where for an insurance broker. Final resolution on the matter, I will never do business with either Insurance Center or Traveler's insurance.

I used this insurance company for several years while living in Oregon. Even after I moved out of state, the staff was friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend them!

Fred Gerke is the best insurance agent I've had always a great reception also he does try to get the best deal for you so I highly recommend dumping your other insurance agents and going to see him that's if you want to save money and lots of it

I wanted to get a quote from a local independent insurance agency to see if I could save some money on my auto and renters insurance. I spoke with Lauren at Insurance Center, and she got me a quote right away, which turned out to be $109/mo less than what we were paying at Allstate with the same coverage. I am so happy I found Lauren, and Insurance Center!
