Pretty bad overall customer service here. Occasionally the tellers are friendly. One of the Bankers was very friendly, but messed up the account. Another Banker was unfriendly and abrupt. Im guessing from the last review, management is the cause. Go to another branch if you can.

Horrible customer service. Used the drive through to make a simple deposit. I asked the woman working the window for a deposit slip and as I was sitting in my car filling it out, she glared at me the entire time. It was as if I was majorly inconveniencing her. So rude and completely unnecessary. Don't work in customer service if you can't be polite and nice. So happy to be doing my banking across the street at OnPoint now.

They have gotten worse and worse! Super slow, always such a pain. Let's start with the branch manager and his attitude. A couple of times I have had the displeasure of his attitude. He never could figure out my SBA loan which after multiple times and paperwork with these guys...I did myself...with success. Derek is very full of himself but doesn't seem to know much about running a business or treating other business owners correctly!

don’t use this bank, they wouldn’t cash my employees checks even though the bank was open and there was money in the account. It caused a bunch of confusion! they will make you look like a joke...

••Edited•• BOTC (was) an awesome place to bank. (BOTC was recently acquired by First Interstate Bank, another home town style, regional Bank. FIB has done a tremendous job keeping the same atmosphere and) local feel and local connection (that BOTC had cultivated through its years of operation). Staff is (still) very friendly and knowledgeable. Transactions are quick, easy and accurate. No problems whatsoever. Even like the mobile app, it works great. Also, the name of the new owners of BOTC is "FIRST Interstate Bank," not sure why it's only showing up as "Interstate Bank."
