Spoke with their Admin about a situation - woman who assured me what was going on would be handled and was unprofessional. I was then forwarded to Dan Heater who was extremely defensive, rude, and hung up on me. He completely disregarded the issue at hand and couldn't see that having an agent openly give out our information to other people in the neighborhood was unacceptable. He contradicted himself, raised his tone, and I would not work with this agency. Please beware.i am honestly in awe of how defensive and unprofessional a "higher-level" broker was.

Barbara Jackson was our realtor and when she let us know what the process was we knew we had a lot to learn, selling your home can be emotional. After the inspections and packing & photos and letting go of a lot of stuff,(we had been in the house since 1988)The day came to start showing our home the 1st day we had some interest and the 2 day we had a offer for asking price and we excepted it. Our next step was heading over to Idaho to find our forever home, When we started to look at homes I couldn't believe some of the houses my husband and I looked at. We looked each and both thought Barbara would never except this type of showing. The bottom line is Barbara Jackson not only helped us sell our home her approach to selling with integrity and making it as easy as possible for us, Barbara was there for each step without over stepping. When it's all said and done we really appreciate Barbara and her knowledge. We both highly recommend Barbara Jackson.

Im looking for a realtor and was referred to Becky Crew. I called and she was rude and hung up on me mid call. I guess she didn't want to help me. I'm looking to purchase price range $1M-$2M if anyone knows a good realtor.

John L Scott Realty in Bend, Oregon. Vicky Jackson is amazing! She helped obtain a lot of info for me about some lots near my property, and did all of this even though I don’t need an agent at this time. I will forever refer people to her, and never be able to thank her enough!

Candice Anderson and Barbara Jackson team are incredible. We met them when we called on their listing. We originally wanted to build and met Candice at the property. She was an absolute wealth of knowledge about the area, building, information about developing the property, etc. it was apparent that she had been doing this a long time and completely understood what was involved. As she was talking about the property, she had mentioned she had just sold the property next door and that it was going to be a hemp farm. That "nugget " that only a knowledgeable realtor with "boots on the ground " would know (as opposed to buying from some online seller that doesn't know the area!) . This fact was incredibly important to us. We soooo appreciated her honesty and integrity we knew she was the realtor for us. She then immediately showed us another home she actually had listed and we bought it. She completed both the sellers side and buyers side with integrity and grace for putting up with us! I can't recommend her or Barbara higher. When your purchasing the biggest investment you will probably ever make in your life, going with a honest and local realtor is paramount. Do yourself, family and pocket book a favor-and your welcome! ;)

Finding a reliable Real Estate company can be so hard!! John L. Scott made the hassle effortless hooking me up with a wonderful agent that was on top of things and so on the ball with market trends and knowledge that I never will go any place else. no matter my location I will always look for that classic John L. Scott sign! going on over 80 years in the biz really shows they are sticking around!

I'm typing this in my favorite room of my home which we acquired a year ago thanks to Tom. Without his help, my husband and I would not have found the place we have today, and we would not have gotten it for less than our budget price. A year later, I still can't believe how marvelous our home is. Tom was patient, too the point, knowledgeable, on-top-of-it, and wise in the ways of the housing market. He stuck we with us 'till we got our keys. He was always a phone call away if I had questions, (which were numerous) and responded to me quickly. I recommend Tom if you need a dependable realtor to get you through the process, but don't want your hand held. This is something I really appreciated from Tom; he got us through all the steps quickly, efficiently, and effectively, but did not hover or try to persuade us to do anything. It was a solid, efficient, and productive working relationship. a I recommend this guy.

Tom Roth was the realtor. I found him to be hands off and unwilling to answer question. only to find out he was withholding information and pushed me to sign incorrect sales agreement. Just sad.
