Julie is an incredible realtor who went above and beyond to find us our dream home! She listened and cared about us as people, and was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. My fiancé and I met Julie over a year ago, at an open house. It was the first open house we went to in Bend, just for fun. Julie was so kind, and gave us her card should we ever need any realty needs. Fast forward a year later, we went to another open house, this time with the intention of buying. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the lovely Julie, she even remembered us from over a year prior! Julie helped us buy our first home, was incredible to work with throughout the process, and was always available to answer our (numerous) questions! I would recommend Julie to anyone in the area looking for a genuine, kind, caring individual!

We have worked with Julie Reber exclusively after relocating to Bend. Most recently, she helped us sell our home very quickly and handled a few snags professionally and calmly. When our original buyer had a tough time selling their own home and the sale started to stall out, she acted quickly and helped us secure a second offer which was even better, and advocated for our interests very knowledgeably. End result: A happy outcome for both us and the new buyers. Our closing date wasn’t even delayed by the hiccup! In a more competitive market, heading into the slow season, this really was a great outcome.
A less experienced realtor could have cost us valuable time and money, or even jeopardized a very attractive offer, at several points during the negotiations. We are very grateful that we worked with Julie, and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in Central Oregon. Julie and her team provided the best service possible. When my sister passed unexpectedly she stepped right up to provide the support i needed. She help me with repairs, a cleaning service, as well as local support and introduction to needed contractors. Immediate call/email responses were received to questions i had as we moved through this process. To say I was well please would be an understatement. Thank you for everything.

She made sure to answer all of our texts and phone calls within the hour and always kept us up to date on everything that was happening behind the scenes. Julie is a rockstar! She gets to know you and what you are looking for and doesn’t waste your time with anything that doesn’t fit your needs. She’s quick to respond and accommodating with schedules. It was amazing for us to have her on the other end of a long distance move, especially when we couldn’t tour a property that just hit the market. We knew she had our best interests in mind and felt confident that she could be our eyes and ears on the ground.
