DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
I CALLED REGARDING A 1957 CHEVY TRUCK AFTER LOOKING AT THE FILTERED PICTURES. I SPOKE TO TIM. FIRST HE TOLD ME HE HAD BEEN OFF AND DIDN'T KNOW OF THE TRUCK...HE THEN PUT ME ON HOLD. CAME BACK MINUTES LATER TO TELL ME OH YEAH I KNOW THAT TRUCK. STRIKE ONE. I THEN ASKED SOME VERY PERTINENT QUESTIONS BECAUSE IM 6.5 HRS AWAY BY CAR. I ASKED ABOUT THE BODY LINES AND GAPS OF WHICH HE TOLD ME THEY WERE VERY NICE. SO AFTER THAT I DECIDED TO MAKE THE 6.5 HR DRIVE THROUGH SNOW AND ICY ROADS TO POSSIBLY BUY THE TRUCK. UPON ARRIVING, TIM WAS OFF. FOUND OUT THE TRUCK WAS NOT THERE AT THE POT LOT BUT AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. UPON LOOKING AT THE TRUCK , IT WAS IMMEDIATELY OBVIOUS THE PICTURES WERE FILTERED. THE TRUCK WAS JUST JUNK.
BEFORE DRIVING 400+ MILES EACH WAY I WOULD EXPECT A PERSON TO BE SOMEWHAT HONEST.
PLUS, THE VEHICLE I WAS TAKEN TO SEE THE 1957 CHEVY TRUCK IN OBVIOUSLY HAD A BUBBLE IN THE TIRE. WAS A HORRIBLE RIDE.
I WOULD NEVER EVEN CONSIDER JUST USED CARS FOR A VEHICLE...PERIOD

Yes it’s a used car lot. But these guys don’t act like it. Not pushy and willing to talk to you and help you find the vehicle you need. I bought a Chevy Silverado from them used with 303k miles best truck I have ever owed . 2 years later still running strong at 370k miles no issues these guys only take in the rigs they believe are good solid reliable used vehicle

Picked up a used SUV here and the guys were great. Pricing was fair, no hidden nicked or dimes. Even when something mechanical came up on the vehicle after I had purchased it "as is" they went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I do not like car dealerships, period. But Just Used Cars is a different experience. They seem to take the time to pick very good used vehicles and are very selective on what they sell. There staff is extremely knowledgeable and I've never felt pushed into anything there.If you're looking for a quality used car, this would be my first stop in Oregon. It's with the drive from the valley to Central Oregon to be treated well, and find a good quality used vehicle.
