Compelled to in this instance. What has impressed me beyond Katie’s overall professionalism and knowledge of her industry is her focus on making sure we got what we needed. She explained things clearly, laid out all our options, helped us to think about things we had not yet considered and walked us through the process. She is incredibly responsive and the online portal system was easy to navigate and manage. Overall, she made a stressful and overwhelming experience much more pleasant.

Katie is excellent to work with. She is very friendly and very responsive. It is always clear what she is working on and how she is serving you. Though we unfortunately did not end up going with Loan Depot for our mortgage, Katie has hands down has given some of the best customer service I've ever received in any industry. Katie provided absolutely phenomenal service to the point that my partner and I feel really bad that we didn't get to close with Katie. Katie is fantastic! We initially met when I was quite far out from the home buying process and pretty overwhelmed with the process. She was never pushy to meet but checked in from time to time with helpful info which I can not be more grateful for. We set up an initial meeting so my partner and I could learn more about the steps we needed to take to prepare. Again, she let us process these items, was there when we had questions and ultimately led us to being prepared when it came time for pre-approval. All at our own pace. When it was time to purchase, she continued to be there to answer my (many) questions, always so helpful and nice and even put us in contact with our fantastic realtor. She was always honest genuine and patient with us. Katie knows the market, will guide you every step of the way and I can not recommend her enough.
