As this was our first home loan we had a ton of questions and Larry and Nicole were quick to answer and explain each process in detail. Larry worked hard to get us the best rates and took the time to find the best loan the fit us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a loan.

My recent home purchase was the second loan I worked with Larry on and both he and Matt are truly amazing. My first home buying experience with Larry was so problem free I would not have even considered going with another company for my current loan. Larry Wallace of Caliber Home Loans is a great loan officer. Immediately responsive to questions and concerns, he put together a loan for me in a few short weeks. He is excellent about explaining the terms and steps for obtaining a new loan and he made the process of obtaining a loan from Caliber Home Loans a very good experience. I can’t say that prior loan experiences were nearly as positive.Larry is a knowledgeable pro at his job, and he is personable and professional simultaneously. He made the process and discussions for obtaining a loan easier for me and easier for me to understand. He has a great rapport with the real estate agents and other professionals he works with in and out- of-town and he is well liked as a result.As I had not obtained a loan for a home in about twenty years the process was new (again) to me and I was nervous. There were twists and turns in the process of my buying a property in Bend. Larry excelled at getting the specifics and paperwork completed to secure a new mortgage and he did so on time. In fact, my purchase closed early due to Larry’s hard work and diligence.I highly recommend Larry, his team and Caliber Home Loans for your mortgage needs. Larry was beyond amazing to work with! He was always prompt to answer our calls or call us back right away, quick to answer our questions and to get his portion of the loan done. At the end of our loan process, a discount of $1,000 was missed and Larry wrote a check out of his own pocket to cover the loss. Larry is very personable with his clients, knowledgeable and thorough. I wouldn't have chosen anyone else to work with.
