I admit, I should have taken my tire in after the first time it went flat. But I thought I had cured it myself with a can of fix-a-flat. I cured it maybe four more times, each with a new can. Sometimes just topping it off with air would hold it for another month. Finally, I decided I should take it to Costco and get it fixed for real. And I WAS SHAMED. Shamed so badly at Costco, whose tire technicians told me no one would touch my tire including them due to all the fix-a-flat inside. My only option was to buy a full set of new tires because the tread was so different on the other three, it would ruin my transmission to put one new tread on. I left Costco against medical advice after three tire employees read me my rites and I drove away on a dangerous “will explode” tire over to Les Schwab. Les Schwab found the screw, pulled it out, and fixed the hole for free, and to my delight, with no shame involved. Thank you Les Schwab for the happy ending to my story.

I don't think this is the first time I've left a stellar review for Les Schwab and I doubt it'll be the last. I came in with a nail in my tire and they quoted me 45 minutes - they got really busy right then, so it ended up being longer. They were very apologetic (didn't need to be!), and after patching it they sent me on my way free of charge. Thats how you get repeat customers for life :)

Bob at 3rd street was so helpful! My car was making a terrible grinding sound whenever I stepped on the brakes. He got me in and had my car ready by the end of the day! And guess what, no more obnoxious sounds!

I almost had a totally flat tire & pulled into LS. I don't have their tires on my rig. Just left a Dr appt that was 45 min wait and feeling terrible. I'm greeted by a real sweetheart who got me in next in line. Sure enough, I had a screw in my tire from a sloppy contractor leaving a lot of nails in my driveway where he was working. Ty, LS on Franklin. I wish I'd gotten her name and thx Daniel for printing me an invoice with the info regarding the screw - he'd already tossed it. Contractors could learn a few things from LS. I'm moving and only reason I can't purchase your tires as I need new ones, you're not down South. And N/C on the repair. You guys are great.

Seth was very helpful and honest and we’re completely happy with our service with this specific Les Schwab. We highly recommend this location above the other locations we have visited. We have a Chevy 2500 with a lift kit, and they knew exactly what needed to be done with issues we were experiencing with alignment and pitman arm issues. I literally had an appointment for 1030. They couldn’t get to me and said they would have my car on the rack within 30 minutes. At 12:30 I called back in at 1:50 and they still haven’t got it on the rack. This is the last time I’ll get to this location. It’s not the first time that they’ve done this to me. What a waste of time.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. I went in to get my tires rotated. Not only did they rotate my tires, but they topped off my wiper fluids, checked the tire pressure and alignment, all for free! Highly recommended. Plus the waiting room was nice and clean, with free popcorn while you wait

I was in rental car and had low air pressure in a tire.. reps inspected and found nail and fixed tire.. NO CHARGE! Fantastic customer service and kindness!!
