We needed air in our tires so we stopped and the employee was super helpful and aired us up for free and was really friendly and informative!! This visit to the sister's les schwab store was great!!

My family and I have used Les Schwab for YEARS. This was my first time at this specific location because I had a flat tire at work and needed a repair fast during my lunch break. Hunter and Byron had me in and out in half an hour and were so kind and helpful immediately.

Imagine if one star was available ... seems like this compay *less swab* doesn't want to work anymore.
Looks like discount tire beats the quality an the service an the price. The guy who helped me actually looked like he was happy to be there. Discount tires!

Got new tires, was sold on the warranty, got receipt which stated my mileage was about 30,000 less than it actually was. When I went back in, they updated in the system but would not offer a new receipt. I had to threaten to return the tires before they would print me out a new receipt. I did not feel that they felt misrepresenting the mileage on the receipt was a big deal, even though they prominently display the warranty on the tires and sell customers on them. Eventually resolved, so 2 stars rather than 1.

Needed a Balance, alignment and rotation. Tires have almost full tread, was told I couldn't drive out without new tires due to wear? Camber wear was obvious but staff charged for a visual inspection and did not fix alignment. Staff refused to rotate tires because I would not buy new ones (8k miles on current). Not satisfied with balance work. Staff had extremely coarse attitudes and were not friendly. I had an 8am appointment too...

I was done with Les Schwab until I met Sam. Sam has completely changed my mind about Les Schwab. They don’t make them like this guy anymore! Best customer service I’ve ever received at any Les Schwab! Great store and great employees! Thank you

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Andy, Robert and Les Schwab TEAM for providing an absolutely incredible experience during my visit. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. It's rare to encounter someone with such a genuine passion for helping customers. Their professionalism and positive attitude made my entire visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the exceptional service they provided. Truly an asset to your team!

My experience with Byron was pretty good at the front desk minus an issue with a missing Wheel lug key. Until Robert stepped in and completely Contradicted what Byron said. This Les Schwab used to be the best Les Schwab in Bend not but three years ago what happened?

My car was dropped off for its appointment on Tuesday. It needed new tie rods and an alignment. Parts weren’t in stock so they would order and let me know when they were. I was advised not to drive the car so I left it there. The next day at 9am I get a call and voicemail that said parts were ordered and will be there in an hour, probably less. There’s one car ahead and mine will be pulled in next.
I never got a call back. The next morning I got a ride there at 11am to pick up my car which, presumably, was done. I was told the car hadn’t even gone in yet, the parts weren’t there, so it wasn’t done. The tech who left the VM was called to the front and he apologized but said he was told not to do it. He said they were slammed and he also had a bad day. The person handling paperwork sent the tech back to check on parts. They were there and they couldn’t tell me whether they came in that day or the day before.
A delay is one thing but a complete lack of communication about it for over 24hrs, after telling me my car was about to go in to be prepared, is unacceptable. Getting to and from Les Schwab required coordinating an extra and unnecessary ride from someone else.
I would not use the services at this location again.
