I spent 2 hours waiting for someone to check a slow leak! I've used Les Schwab for over 30 years but I will be finding another dealer for my tire needs.

I've read reviews of the Open Range A/T Plus on the Les Schwab (LS) website and would like to add my thoughts regarding my recent purchase of these tires. Being unable to do that on the LS website, I wrote to the LS headquarters and part of what Scott responded with was, "We also send product reviews for specific products out through Bazaarvoice. We value your business and feedback." I replied that I'd like to leave a review through Bazaarvoice. I did not receive a response. Maybe LS product reviews are cherry picked? I always buy my tires from LS. My issue is not with my tires, it's with the LS headquarters. In spite of what Scott stated, my feedback is not valued.

Called headquarters over an inappropriate employee towards my wife in Canon City location. Gave Customer service explanation of events after giving an honest review only to have the agent tell me I'm disrespectful of his position instead of remaining professional and assisting with employees conduct towards my wife. Clearly I'm upset after my wife getting spoken to roughly. If things go wrong with this company, don't expect any help from headquarters.

This has been an awful experience! I have spent hours of my time trying to get my brakes fixed correctly and they are still not right ! You think the amount of money they charged me it would be right .

A little biased, but I honestly used to hate Les Schwab due to another person's experience. But on Christmas Eve, when I found a screw in my tire, the day I needed to go to what ended up being the last Christmas I would spend with my Aunt, they fixed it for free! (wasn't even an existing customer!)! And they helped me out with chains that would fit my car so I could safely make it over the Pass. #LesSchwabForLife #Bend12 #LaPine233

Was on a trip to Denver from British Columbia. At Rock Springs I picked up a nail. Was able to get into Les Schwab's first thing the next morning. They repaired my tire and I was on my way in about 40 minutes. Very accommodating. Pleasant. They fixed my tire free of charge. Being from out of Country, I would recommend them for their customer service.

I should have read all of the horrible reviews before doing business with a company I thought had an outstanding reputation for quality and customer service. I can attest first-had that both tire quality and customer service are subpar. I had my tires rotated a couple of weeks ago and was told that I needed new tires. My tires didn't even come close to the stated mileage I paid for so I was offered a credit of $103 per tire. I ended up getting tires elsewhere and went back in to get my warranty credit and even though they had already inspected my tires and acknowledged that they were subpar and that I was due a partial refund, they won't honor the refund because I didn't bring back my treadless tires.I ended up getting a reputable 80,000 mile name-brand tire for less than what Les Schwab was going to charge me WITH my $400+ warranty credit for their clearly subpar brand. I won't be doing business with this company anymore!

I just got of the phone with Julie in the credit department and the experience led me to immediately turn around and leave this review. Her customer service left me feeling very well taken care of and she even provided me with extra assistance to help me with myself as I was a little confused at times. Thank you for your kindness and expertise Julie. It was seen, felt and so greatly appreciated.

I wouldn’t recommend this trash company to any body! Their managers are completely incompetent when it comes to managing stores or customer needs! As a former employee, apparently it is legal for anybody to walk off the street and charge services to your personal account! After speaking with a gentleman who clearly doesn’t belong in management, I’m forced to file a fraudulent lawsuit against this pathetic company. Make sure to watch out for yourself or family if ever dealing with these crooks.

They do a good job for the most part. For me its that the employees don't care if you come back or not. Its to bad i liked getting tires there. There customer service was what always sold me. Now i get better customer service at Wal-Mart.
