I should have read all of the horrible reviews before doing business with a company I thought had an outstanding reputation for quality and customer service. I can attest first-had that both tire quality and customer service are subpar. I had my tires rotated a couple of weeks ago and was told that I needed new tires. My tires didn't even come close to the stated mileage I paid for so I was offered a credit of $103 per tire. I ended up getting tires elsewhere and went back in to get my warranty credit and even though they had already inspected my tires and acknowledged that they were subpar and that I was due a partial refund, they won't honor the refund because I didn't bring back my treadless tires.I ended up getting a reputable 80,000 mile name-brand tire for less than what Les Schwab was going to charge me WITH my $400+ warranty credit for their clearly subpar brand. I won't be doing business with this company anymore!

I just got of the phone with Julie in the credit department and the experience led me to immediately turn around and leave this review. Her customer service left me feeling very well taken care of and she even provided me with extra assistance to help me with myself as I was a little confused at times. Thank you for your kindness and expertise Julie. It was seen, felt and so greatly appreciated.

I wouldn’t recommend this trash company to any body! Their managers are completely incompetent when it comes to managing stores or customer needs! As a former employee, apparently it is legal for anybody to walk off the street and charge services to your personal account! After speaking with a gentleman who clearly doesn’t belong in management, I’m forced to file a fraudulent lawsuit against this pathetic company. Make sure to watch out for yourself or family if ever dealing with these crooks.

They do a good job for the most part. For me its that the employees don't care if you come back or not. Its to bad i liked getting tires there. There customer service was what always sold me. Now i get better customer service at Wal-Mart.

My sister took her car to have her rear brakes fixed when she drove off later she started hearing some noise. She returned a car to have a check. They told her they didn't know where it was coming from, but that it wasn't the brakes. She decided to take it to a mechanic. They found that the rear breaks were not done properly so they fixed. The problem. The amount she paid to the mechanic was returned in the form of a reduction to her account. didn't make sense to me since we paid cash. The only thing she got out of it was that her exspense was credited as a payment made to the account. No reason why that cash should have had been deducted. she didn't plan on making that big of a payment. So why should it have been credited from account. In return, they offered a free oil change. I felt more should have been done to compensate for the time. Of having to resolve their failure to properly. Install the brakes and also to properly identify the problem After she returned to have it checked again. She literally had to take the car to someone else. To fix a problem that they created that they had no idea how to fix after it was brought back.. doesn't seem right that she will spent several hundreds of dollars for someone to do professional job, only to have to go find someone to correct their mistake. Because of the lack of experience, why does she have to pay so much for an inexperienced person to work on the car?. She should have been compensated for her time and having to do their job to fix their mistake.

Horrible I had a noise I was concerned about I was told the noise is my tires which were under warranty and I shouldn't have to pay **** price they were less than a year old from Les Schwab. They guarantee a warranty and I wasn't given one. I had to pay $275 for two front new tires. No alignment and I asked for all to be the same. They didn't even do the alignment and they told me it would be three hours and I was prepared for that. They only took maybe 45 minutes. They told me the noise was gone. The brakes were good and everything else was as well. I was also told I would be reimbursed for the warranty as this wasn't my normal location and I forgot to bring my paperwork and alledgedly they couldn't find me when looking up. I called ahead and they told me to come in. Also why a year ago was I charged so much for tires that they no longer have and now I'm going to have 3 different kinds of tires and I have to go an hour out of my way to get any service. That isn't the worst of it. The noise wasn't gone. In fact I went to a mechanic the following day and found out it is the hub assembly. The mechanic told me I should *** them. They had to have known the hub assembly was very worn. To remove and replace tire and they told me everything was fine and the noise was gone. They let me drive home with the understanding that everything is good and I assumed that maybe I was just over reacting and the noise was not that bad. I'm very disturbed that they provide the service they do and they don't care to be honest and to do their job they say they provide. I am out money now. I expect to be able to trust Les Schwab as I've never heard anything bad like this about them. In fact they're very reputable and they really need to fix this. I could have died and other people could have as well. I don't think I should have to pay for the extra tires plus my assembly hub. I should have been done with this. I am planning on getting an attorney for the unethical business practices.

This company is pathetic. They with hold your paperwork making you have to abandon your vehicle. No mechanic will touch my rig until you release paperwork. They aren't giving paperwork from the outside shop who fixed my rear end. Won't cooperate because we are suing them. Won't look good in front of the judge.

Shame on you for using in-person threats and intimidation at your clients' homes. A family member missed two payments as an oversight. Your employee, assistant manager Jason Sparks came to their home and was very aggressive and threatening. After this horrific incident my family member made the payment then found the letter which gave a 10-day period that had not yet passed. You should be ashamed.

I had a flat tire, and it was found that the tire needed replacing. In March 2019 I had purchased NEW TIRES and had only driven less than ****** on those tires. I was told that I would need to replace ALL 4 tires as it was an all wheel drive vehicle. I chose the GOOD tires, not the BETTER or BEST (a lower version of what I had on my car, but still good for ****** miles). I paid near $700 to have new tires put on as well as a few minor other things. When we drove home, my husband looked over our Mach 2019 paperwork and found that THOSE tires were under warranty. We had to drive BACK to the *******, Oregon, Lew Schwab and show our paperwork for a refund even though the COMPUTER SYSTEM at Les Schwab SHOWED the purchase & guarantee. That was frustrating. Why couldn't they have lowered the price due to warranty while we were there in the first place. My guess is that is how they make extra money.

I went to a store on the coast of ** to have rear tires balanced as I noticed a slight vibration while traveling across the state. One thing lead to another, and I needed a little work done. I picked up my vehicle and drove back to my condo. The next morning, we loaded up to return to the east side of the state. I got about 250 miles down the road, and the rear wheel came loose and tried to fall off!! It was not torqued properly. It broke one stud clear off. I was able to **** the vehicle up, and tighten the 4 remaining lug nuts, and limped the vehicle home on I-90 the remaining 120 miles or so, stopping every 10 miles or so to check the lug nuts...they did not come loose again. The following day after returning home, I called the corporate office, and spoke with *****. He addressed the issue, and reached out to the store on the coast, and also my store near my home. They took good care of me, and managers of both stores were very happy it all turned out ok. My labor cost was refunded, and my vehicle was repaired and fully inspected locally, and new lug nuts all around with no charge to me. I want to thank *****, corporate, ****, ********, ****** and ****, *******. I realize things happen, and going above and beyond to take care of the issue was appreciated. This could have been way worse, or deadly at 70mph. Fortunately, it was just a big inconvenience, and not a bad car wreck. I have been a customer off and on for over *********************************************** the future.

I have a 2022 Tesla Y. I needed my tires rotated. I made an appointment about a month ago. I waited about 20 min. Was given a printout of all the checkpoints that were done. I also requested a price point for a set of new tires when I need them down the road. I was pleasantly surprised that I was not charged for the rotation. That is smart business. I will seriously consider buying my next set of tires from Les Schwab. The staff was great. Everyone was informative and courteous.

I was driving a newly purchased RV all over ******** I was down 20 pounds on my tires, but I couldn't find the air stem to fill them up. It turned out to be a tricky job. The team at Les Schwab in **********, ** came right out to help me, no waiting. The job took about a half an hour, and they didn't even charge me. I was so grateful. I was treated like a king the entire time. I look forward to buying my next set of tires from Les Schwab.

I have been a lifelong LS customer and have a corporate account. The monthly invoice arrives after the due date and they call and ding about a overdue payment. If you do not want to be treated as a deadbeat, might it be suggested that one takes their tire business elsewhere.I just happened to listen to a vmail on speaker in a room with others and was embarrassed by the call.If you want to be treated as a deadbeat buy LS otherwise go elsewhere.Send invoices in a timely manner.
