Matt Vogel was our loan officer and he was amazing!! He was willing to take his time and help us anytime of the day. He helped us out on the weekend and after hours. He was able to keep on top of everything and keep things going as fast as they could go. He is really good about keeping you in the loop during the process of the loan. You could also tell he cares about people and wants to do what he can to make things happen. I would highly recommend Matt, he does his job very well.

Julie Nash (Bend, Ore.) has gone above and beyond answering our 'first time buyer' questions throughout the process with exceptional kindness and consideration. I highly highly recommend Katie for all your home financing needs. Recently my husband and I were in the process of purchasing a home in CA. Originally we had been strong armed into using a different lender and boy was that a mistake. The other loan services had our information for 3 weeks and could not get us approved by and underwriter. The sellers of our home were 3 days from pulling out of our deal, which would have meant us losing 20k. Katie stepped in at the 11th hour, got us conditionally approved by an underwriter in less than 48 hours and saved our deal! Katie kept us informed about the process and all of our options along the way. If I had questions she got right back to me with a response. She made the process of buying a home quick, easy and enjoyable. I cannot thank Katie enough for her hard work! I will never work with any other loan servicer, katie is the best!

Service here was very quick, smooth, and simple. The staff here are, especially Katie and Derek, were a pleasure to work with and they made a home buying process a very enjoyable one here in Central Oregon. Their rates are amongst the best, if not better than most other places we looked into. The communication during the loan process was superb and very easy going. They are very knowledgeable and efficient with VA loans as well, so if you are a veteran, or anyone looking for a lender, definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed!

Brian Garrett is the best in the business! My husband and I went into buying our first home with next to no knowledge of the process. It was all very overwhelming until we met Brian. I cannot recommend this professional enough. Brian really understands everything about the housing industry from start to finish. No question goes unanswered with him, and you can tell he enjoys every aspect of his work. I immediately felt more at ease with Brian assisting us every step of the way. He was part of a wonderful team of folks who just made the process as seamless as possible. And, to top it off, there were literally no challenges or hiccups when working with Brian and LoanDepot. Everything went smoothly and quickly and we considered ourselves very lucky to have found such a phenomenal individual! If you work with Brian, I can guarantee you won’t regret it!
