Teresa is both professional and personable. I went in for a facial treatment and now I'm glowing from ear to ear! Her many years of knowledge and experience shows in her many returning clients. If you want to be pampered and feel great, I highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

Teresa is fantastic! she is so hands on and knowledgeable and stays abreast of all the latest. She has clients in the elite areas of Seattle and they want her every chance they can get! BUT I have gone to Teresa for about 15 years...when I first moved to Bend and she is like the best ever and my skin is absolutely a testimony to her skills. she is also such a down to earth lovely lady to all of her clients! Do something special for yourself and go see Teresa at LOOK SALON!

I've been meaning to write this for over a year. I only lived in Bend for a few months but thanks to yelpers found my way to Look! and each time I had the best pedicure. Haley Bier is possibly the best pedicurist. Not only is she so sweet and easy to talk to she also took great care of my feet and nails and did an excellent job. If I lived in Bend this would be my only spot for nails.

I have found my favorite nail technician in Bend. Haley MacDowall has been trained by her mother, Cheri (the owner of Look Esthetics) - herself one of the best nail technicians in Bend. Cheri passed down her knowledge to Haley and Haley is now the BEST! I had a spa manicure and an ultimate spa pedicure and it was FABULOUS. I have very dry cuticles due to very frequent hand wash and after my manicure was done my nails and cuticles looked amazing and healthy again. The pedicure was fabulous also. Haley really took her time to do an outstanding job and my toe nails have never looked better, but my favorite part was the massage. Haley is not only extremely professional but she is extremely pleasant to talk to. My entire appointment took 2hrs and it was worth every penny!Look Esthetics Salon is a very chic and cozy place, and most important it is extremely clean – shiny clean :)I cannot recommend Haley enough – definitely 10 stars out of 5.

Highly recommend Look Salon for the most relaxing and best pedicure ever by Hailey Bier! I've been coming to see Hailey for years and my feet have never looked this good, she takes time with each client and addresses any concerns you may have!

I just had the best pedicure from Haley MacDowall today! She provided a really great service, which was both relaxing and effective when it came to exfoliating. My feet are incredibly soft, I think the softest they have ever been! It was my first time at Look! and was amazed at how quiet it was there. Not like other salons where it can be crowded and noisy with people coming in and out. I enjoyed the chill ambiance and will definitely return. Thank you Haley!

Cheri MacDowall is a true professional. She is knowledgeable in every aspect of skin care and will not disappoint. Cheri has been my esthetician Since 2010 and is playing a key role in retarding the aging process of my skin. At 56 and having major sun damage I really appreciate the micro current series she offers. It gives me the ability to look younger without an invasive procedure like lasers that actually damage the skin to create improvements. LOOK! Salon provides a pleasant environment; pair that with Cheri’s relaxing touch and you have a winner!!!!!

Emily is amazing at pedicures and manicures! She is very detail oriented and always makes sure I'm happy with the service. The salon is really clean and all the staff are very friendly. It's a little more expensive than the in-and-out nail places, but it's worth every penny. Highly recommend!
