Using Lowe's in-house financing option, my in-laws bought a fridge in November of 2023. Great sales and installation experience - and this was their third appliance purchased at Lowe's. For Christmas, their children decided to chip in and pay off the fridge. My brother went in to pay off the balance of the Lowe's card with cash, but because he didn't have the card on him, he was told he couldn't. So instead the associate suggested that he purchase gift cards that could be used towards the balance of the Lowe's card. My in-laws were thrilled with the gift and went in to pay off the fridge with the gift cards only to be denied, and told "no one here would tell you that gift cards can be used that way". We now aren't able to exchange the gift cards back- and were told that if they returned the fridge, they would be credited with... gift cards. So now they aren't able to pay off their fridge and we are stuck with a huge amount of gift cards that frankly none of us have a need for - and none of us (5 families total) want to further patron Lowe's. This seems like a solvable customer service issue, but so far we haven't been offered a suitable resolution. Very frustrated, to say the least.1/29/24: update: Thank you for your response. It sounds like there is progress towards a solution. I will update my review when this issue is resolved. I appreciate this being addressed.1/31/24: update: resolved! Thank you Lowes team for fixing the issue - especially want to shout out assistant Manager Liz. She was great. Appreciate all the work that went into making this right!

Wish I could give a half a star. Tried to buy 3 doors, they said there were 4 in stock but could not find any. Tried to order the doors, the order was cancelled and when I called they were no help. Guess you could be ok if whatever you want is in stock, but if there is something that requires an order good luck.

I bought a new kitchen oven and the delivery people said it couldn't be hookup until I upgraded the outlet. They never told me I needed to reschedule the hookup within a week and they won't hook it up. I can take some responsibility for that but the rep on the phone was condescending in their explanation and I would rate this experience a zero if I could.

It typically has what you need in they way of most supplies, but avoid the paint counter. Three separate visits and had terrible advice on paint choices for furniture, was given the wrong color on a clearance item, and the last was a terrible color match. Didn’t even match the chip that was pulled. Best advice I can give is don’t take theirs, double check, and buy paint elsewhere.

I normally don’t write reviews, because I don’t ever think it does much good. However, I went to Lowe’s in Bend today and Gregory, who is a fairly new Pro Desk associate absolutely bent over backwards to make sure my order was taken care of. I had a large and complex transaction and between he and Steve in the pro desk, they got the order together an hour earlier than what they said it would be. My hat is off to Gregory. Management: please put a Lowe’s in Klamath Falls!!!

Had a good experience with the pro desk on this last order but when I called the store to add to my delivery I was put on hold and transferred 5 times with long waits. I gave up and called Home Depot to give them the order and arrange for delivery. I understand being short staffed, but come on. I'm a regular customer and 45 minutes on hold is bad business.

Scotty in the Garden Center was great! He pointed out all the good indoor low light plants that I was on the hunt for. He also showed me a great app to help care for my new and existing potted plants. Great customer service! Their plant center is huge, a much better selection with super low prices for mature large varieties.

I purchased a new LG dryer from this Lowe's online and it was delivered to my home in Bend. When I started it the first time a day later, it made a loud whoomping/clicking sound on every rotation. I called Lowe's service and they transferred me to LG. LG texted me a video saying that the sound was caused by a flat roller and that I just needed to run the dryer and it would stop when the roller warms up and returns to its original shape. It is now 3 days after delivery and still making the noise. I called Lowe's service again and they transferred me to LG service again and LG said they would call me back in 24-48 hours to make a service appt. Upon request, LG transferred me back to Lowe's who refused to replace the dryer because they only take appliance returns for 48 hours. I called the manager of the Bend store and she said they couldn't help me.Lesson learned: Don't purchase an appliance from Lowe's because they will not stand behind the appliances they sell and you may get stuck with an expensive and defective appliance.

Love hitting this store just to look around. I can always find something I need or want. The staff is always super friendly and willing to help you locate exactly what you need. 1 stand out incident was with the clearance section. I found raid essentials fly spray at an incredible price ($2-3 I think) bought 1 lived it went back to buy more found 3 took my score up front and they rang up almost $7 a piece! I talked to the associate working self checkout and after confirming where I found them she steeply discounted them for me. I ended up paying something like $0.60 a piece for them! Incredibly happy with my purchase and very satisfied with the extremely friendly customer service I received.
