Two bra tops that showed the padded lining wrinkled when wearing with a tighter shirt. Tried to return. Past 30 days and no tags so refused. Suggested they make that clear when you purchase verbally vs the fine print. So many places are allowing returns without such a hassle. Expensive stuff. Lesson learned.

I bought a pair of leggings in preparation of my pregnancy. I did lose my baby a couple weeks after and the leggings I had bought were way too big after. I recently asked if I could come in and exchange them for a different size and they did that for me. I appreciated their help so much. Obviously it wasn’t something I was prepared for, I was prepared for the future of having a baby and my body changing but not for losing that. This gesture means more than they will ever know! Great place and people!

Customer service started off good but through out the visit became very stale and at the end the employee got irritated, rolled her eyes, and didn’t even say bye just for asking for a different colored bag. Not the best first impression.

Yesterday, on May 4, 2025, at 1:26 p.m., I visited Lululemon to find some running shorts for an upcoming race. I was immediately greeted by the most exceptional staff. Scout and Bella went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect shorts in the right size, length, style, and color. Their dedication and expertise were truly remarkable. The entire team was amazing, and they all deserve a raise for their outstanding service. Such exceptional customer service is the reason why customers are more likely to return, and I will definitely be one of those loyal customers. Thank you once again for your exceptional service. ❤️🤍

Hit or miss with service. Sometimes the customer service is excellent other times like today nothing. Not even a greeting. I decided not to buy what I came in for and I’ll get it online.

Returned merchandise was supposedly refunded onto a gift card. But tried to use it 4 days later and balance was $0. They admitted fraud occurred but refused to make it right.
Run from this store and this brand! Terrible customer service.

This is a smaller Lululemon store, and I didn't buy anything since they had a limited selection of sizes and colours in the model I was interested in. That being said, the customer service was outstanding and the store employees including Edith went above and beyond when I was trying on different items. They also offered to order the right size/colour for me, which unfortunately wasn't an option because I was only in town for 4 days.

I just want to start off by saying- I have never been to a Lululemon before so I didn’t really know what to expect. After the customer service here alone, I will absolutely go back. Lindsey was nothing but helpful, kind, and got my name right, which is a rare occurrence. I didn’t catch the name of the other associate who was there at the register, but she too was nothing but a delight. They both went above and beyond and treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. Highly recommend stopping by here!!

The sellers laughed at the buyers as the buyers walked out the doors. It was very unpleasant to hear this while you were in the fitting room. I think this behavior is unacceptable.

After chatting with Karley Pierson about a pair of Lulus that I was not satisfied with, she suggested bringing them into the store for an exchange. When I returned, I had the best customer service experience. Lindsay was so kind and understanding. She offered advice and new legging suggestions, and I left with a new pair that I love! The whole process was quick and easy. Really appreciate the attentiveness and problem-solving efforts by both ladies!
