I have always wanted to stop in and look at their furniture here in Bend. I was doing a large project for someone in Tumalo. It was for the whole house, and as I walked in the door and looked at a few items, and literally walked by the front desk with a gentleman standing there, not a hello, can I help you…nothing ! Walked by two other employees that worked there, no acknowledgment again.i have never gone to a place where you’re not even acknowledged or where you have someone that doesn’t even say hello to you. I felt so uncomfortable as I walked through the whole store and walked right out the front door because I would never want to purchase from someone that had no customer service whatsoever. I’m still so surprised ! I can’t even believe that no one was on the phone at all and yet couldn’t even walk over to me or even say a word as I was there. Unbelievable. They just lost a really large sale, that’s for sure.

Not happy at all, now stuck with an expensive bed we did not want, Merry Christmas to us…….
I too dealt with the store manager Cliff, as the person who received the wrong colored chair, and customer service should not be his career. Extremely rude is putting it lightly.
The choices we were given to “resolve” the issue only benefited them. We’re stuck with something we do not like and do not want. This is the first and last time we will do any business with M. Jacobs. Definitely will not recommend them to anyone! Giving them a one star was being courteous.

We used their delivery service for mattresses for our home and I can’t say enough great things about Chris and Trevor. They were so helpful, friendly, and on time. They went above and beyond and were enjoyable to work with.

We love our new Ruby Stressless recliner. We had excellent customer service provided by Lindy - she explained so much and we were in and out of there within a 1/2 hour knowing we found the best possible chair for us; and to top it off - within 24 hours we had the best delivery service ever from Trevor and Chris! We will definitely shop here in the future...

I purchased a new couch from M Jacobs - was delivered a couple of months later. Unfortunately, the delivery people broke the couch - they literally ran out the door and up the driveway while we were inspecting the couch. The back was torn loose in several places and one of the sectional pieces had the arm completely broken. M Jacobs came out and looked at it and promised to fix it. Five months later, I still have a broken couch and no promise of when it will be fixed.I complained about the problem and was told that they have to be nice to their subcontractors as it is hard to get a delivery service, and M Jacobs won't do it themselves. So they will continue to use the same people who broke my furniture.Absolutely horrible service. Going to try and get my money back!

The coach we got was pretty nice, no complaints. But a rod or something bent in it and it catches and bending more of the metal frame. I’m not even 200lbs! The tech came out and new right away what it was like it’s a common problem. He didn’t even need to look under the it. But I waited for months to hear back and nothing. I called and the office gal and she said it would be another month before the parts came in. Mind you this was July 19th 2022 he looked at it. Today is 8 months later feb 2 2023 and still no word. The problem is compiling to other parts of the framework now. And after spending $3000 on this couch, I’m not gonna just go buy another one until they fix this.
