If you want to be eyeballed by the officious, undeservedly pompous and haughty staff, as if you're planning on stuffing anything from their unimpressive, woefully overpriced and anemic selection of items down your pants and making a break for the nearest trap house, then by all means make the trip to this rundown and tired store.
Otherwise, you'd be better off going just about anywhere else.

Lily, in make up, made my day recently.
She did a makeover, and was so warm and funny, it made me love Macy's and her.
We talked politics, I brought it up, and she was completely able to hear opinions she may not have shared, without getting mad. A pink rose as well as a Lily. 💋🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜👀

This location has a limited suite selection. Certainly not your cheapest option in Bend. Clean store and several sizes available for what styles were in stock.

Visited this Macy’s location on my way back to Washington from California to purchase a birthday gift and wanted to stop by their makeup counters too, so, of course, I was so tired from the hours of traveling and was not wearing any makeup. I was browsing for about 20 minutes and not once was I greeted. I’d pass next to the sales associates and not once did they glance my way to ask if i needed help. They have a “stuck up” look on their face and almost looked shocked to see a non-white person shopping at this store. In fact, we had what I assumed was a loss prevention officer following us around, it was so obvious they were loss prevention. Their whole demeanor gave it away. They had an earbud in and the lady would randomly browse through clothing racks wherever we’d go. Literally gave me prejudiced/racist vibes. Unfortunately, I researched the town after we left and literally 88% of their population is White. This Macy’s location needs to do better and serve ALL customers and provide quality customer service.

Went prom dress shopping with my grandson's girlfriend.
Found the perfect gown; it was on the mannequin. Had the sales woman take it down for us, and it fit perfectly! And, it was on sale!
Customer service was awesome, and the selection was a beautiful array of formal dresses in every size.
