Since I often go late in the day, Ms R....usually has been the one to patiently and professionally solve some rather complex mailing and delivery condundrums. She deserves extra praise and thanks.”

“This review is specifically for Jen - the store manager of this UPS Store. My dad got into a a huge accident near Bend and he had 5 boxes of very expensive wine in the car with him. Luckily the wine did not break but we had to get the wine shipped back to us in California from Oregon. Jen probably spent close to 2 hours working with us making sure the wines were properly packed, insured and sent out. She helped us with the boxes and advised us on the safest and most cost effective way to ship the wine. Jen was empathic, kind, and was wonderful all around. We are SUPER grateful for her help. She is a real superstar - thank you Jen!!!!”
“Don't often write reviews but just wanted to note that despite all the poor reviews of this location, I had a good experience today. Not trying to invalidate anyone else's experience. Keep in mind the hours are limited and this isn't a full service post office. I had to come pick up a package that required a signature. I came in at 12:26 pm and left with the package in my possession at 12:28. You do have to ring a buzzer for the staff to open the door, which made me think at first that they were closed. So don't let this scare you away. There was no line and the woman who helped me was cheerful and polite. So perhaps some changes have been made based on the problems that others have had over the years.”

“Every time I’ve been here, whether shipping for online resale, sending personal packages, getting passport photos, etc, I’ve been treated with kindness and professionalism. If price matching is a high priority, I will admit this place is comparable if not occasionally more than some shipping services, but the local vibe and help has been worth it for me. I live near this location so it’s far more convenient than going to any USPS in Bend.”
