Had my vintage silk dress and coat set cleaned in 2 other places in Bend and they were not able to remove stains. These guys removed buttons did a beautiful job with the garments put the buttons back on and let me know it was going to be a big job from the start. Absolutely thrilled with the results! It was a bit pricey and I am a penny pincher but this was totally worth it.

Typical quality, to clean two coats of fuzz and just general cleaning was $93.00. what the fuck was so costly to do that I'll never go back and recommend no one go there. Plus when I was surprised at there price the guy just looked and me all smug and said "coats" . I had one of them cleaned last year and it was $15.00. they are just regular coats, a pee coat and a long coat. Nothing fancy, not fur or down, how are people getting away with charging there's prices. Plus, he never told me how much it would be, never asked if I'd like to know know the cost. I went and had a Pendleton wool jacket cleaned. My grandson had vomited on it. When I went to go and pick it up, I got back in my car and smelt it to make sure that it smelt okay and it still smelled like vomit. So I took it back in and let the guy know that it still smelled like puke and he continually said no it’s clean and sniffing it and telling me no smell no smell. I will never go back there again. He never even offered to try and take care of the smell. Offered no solutions at all. I paid $24 for my jacket to look clean but still smell horrible! Not a good experience at all. Horrible customer service.

1st experience was positive. After reading past history reviews, I am on the positive side of experience I believe in giving every business opportunity and do it in the groups of 3 separate times. So a more reviews will be made with each interaction and business transaction. The drama continues!!! and the price was reasonable for four pieces of clothing. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive in town.

I will not be returning. The clerk greeted me and asked for my credit card when I walked in. I didn't think much about it as I was in a hurry. When I left, I looked at the receipt and was in shock, $100 for 2 suites and 3 shirts. I've been wearing suites for nearly 30 years and have never seen such ridiculous prices. I would typically get charged 1/3 of what this place charges.When I picked my cloths up I asked if they were doing anything special or if I had purchased a subscription service.... the answer was no. When I confronted the same clerk about the excessive charges he stumbled and didn't really have anything to support his crazy inflated pricing.BUYER BE WEAR. Know what your getting charged here before you drop you items off here.

He charged me 45 bucks for 3 items to get them back same day. Fine. I get them home and my shirt has a large stain on it that wasn't there before. I went back and asked for a refund on the one shirt since I don't live here and couldn't wait for him to reclean it and he refused to give me my 15 bucks back.

Warning: Master Craft cleaners lie, deny & gaslight if they damage or fail to clean your items.Longtime customer confronted them about failure to clean & scotchguard (primary reason item taken to them). As well as their creation of new, larger stains. Master Craft stated original stains won’t come out. However I removed a few with hand soap & cold water to find out if possible.ZERO concern for long time customer, their failure to do the work paid for; let alone reimburse $100’s paid for alleged cleaning.Good cleaner until they aren’t.Services: Laundry wash & fold

Like this place a lot - quality cleans and quick turnaround. I did get charged $25 to have a sweatshirt cleaned at the rate of a jacket because it has a hood (?). Pointed at my actual jacket which I wore to pickup to which I was told "They're the same" (they weren't). Felt dishonest. Will gladly adjust this rating once resolved.

This place is great. They have reasonable prices and great turn around. I have taken quite a lot of stuff here. Right before Christmas I realized I needed something cleaned. They put a rush on it and got it done. Very highly recommended.
