A+++ service! I went to the store about 3 weeks ago and met Jess. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me checking out multiple beds. She suggested I wait until the Black Friday sale. We had such an amazing experience with Sam at Mattress Firm! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely wanted to help us find the right mattress for our budget. The one we loved was on sale from $1,099 to $299, but it was still just a little out of reach — and she went above and beyond to check if there was any clearance pricing available. She ended up getting it down to $219 for us! You can tell she really cares about her customers and goes the extra mile to make things work. Highly recommend asking for Sam if you stop by!
