“I can't speak highly enough about Cascade Mattress. This is my second review but as I had to return my mattress I get to write another review. The process of choosing and buying the mattress was an excellent experience with kind and knowledgable staff. I will always select local business's over big box stores if I can and Cascade did not disappoint. When I discovered that the mattress I purchased was not firm enough I started the process of retuning it. There were some points in this process that I was unaware of but everyone at Cascade Mattress really scrambled to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Here is an example of a business where community culture thrives. Their desire to have a satisfied customer was greater than a bottom line and I was left with a feeling that they went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the product I selected and the entire process of the experience. Account Manager Daniel spent an entire afternoon helping us create our dream kitchen.With their extensive inventory and his knowledge and expertise, we were able to touch, feel, and compare everything.First, we got the best price on the planet for our entire kitchen suite of appliances.Then came our $1,000 dollar manufacturer rebate!Two weeks later, Daniel sold us our washing machine for $150 less than Costco’s sale price!Now it’s mid December and I’m on the manufacturer website and see our microwave/oven combo for $350 less than our Black Friday price.I called Daniel and asked about the price difference, knowing that their Price Match Policy was for local retailers, not online retailers. I wasn’t very optimistic.Daniel said he would look into it.The next morning Daniel called to confirm our mailing address so he could send us a check for $350!Clearly Johnson Brothers Appliances and Daniel went above and beyond to take care of us on every level to give us the best possible customer experience.This is how customers for LIFE are created!Peppe”

“Are you kidding me? Who doesn't love Costco?! We have a love hate relationship. I love going there and hate looking at my visa statement at the end of the month! Haha! Their return policy is better than no other, the quality of items they carry is guaranteed. Pricing is generally the best for what you buy. You can always get help by asking an employee at the front for assistance. I kinda like the self checkout lane if only have a few items, otherwise it's worth the wait for a checker. I will go to Costco forever until the end of the”

“Bend Costco Tire center was able to get my in for a walk in SUPER last minute. My car was wobbling and I needed a torque check and rebalancing. With only 30 min before they officially closed they were willing to take me because the bolts on my tires were loose. Super thankful for their willingness to take me last minute! I am really glad I went to them for tires.”
