“Alright… I read a lot of these reviews and can definitely relate to the surprise of getting a new bill. However, that surprise bill is really the fault of the original provider for not telling you that they outsource their pathology.Yes… I also agree the billing department (who is outsourced by the way), is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.why did I leave a 5 star review? Because all those reviews are not really their fault… except maybe the billing department… they might want to set up a better procedure for that. If you have an issue, call the office directly and you will get some of the nicest and caring people you will work with. Julie at customer relations chatted with me, gave me great solutions, paused my bill to give me time to implement some of those strategies, and has been amazing to work with.”

“Went here to have a pre-employment urine drug screening today. It was incredibly quick and easy - I walked in and was finished within 10 minutes. The building was easy to find with ample parking. The sign on the building says "Mid Oregon Personnel" which was maybe slightly confusing, but they have their hours posted clearly on the front door with something about the times they'll do urine testing so I knew I was in the right place. And it's not one of those buildings full of multiple offices where you have to wander around corridors looking for the place to go - just park and walk in the door. Very clean and quiet and the person that helped me was very kind of professional. Would be happy to go back if I ever needed to.”

“The staff have always been friendly in my experience. Usually very quick, although they definitely have busy times. I will usually either call in or ask ahead for when they might be slower. Never had any issues with their technique and always been friendly and clean. Integrates (bills, test results, doctor orders, and website) with High Lakes Health Care since they are both owned by the same company which is great for high lakes patients.”

“Person taking the blood was professional, quick, seemed very experienced. Results were fast (1day). Place was a tad grubby similar to every quest facility I’ve seen.”
