I own a 2020 Sprinter 4WD that I have driven across the country several times. Early in my ownership I started to experience a hard shift where the van would hesitate before banging into the next gear. This issue first emerged on my drive from Atlanta to Boston, then across the country to Boise and into the California desert. I had been given a number of possible causes but nowhere did I receive any real attention until I landed at Mercedes Benz of Bend, where I was able to deal directly with Mike, the Service Manager. Mike rode with me on my first visit and assured me that they would identify and correct the issue, which they did. During the time the van was there, Mike was always available to speak and ensured that I was kept apprised of the status of the repair. Finally, when I picked the van up, Mike insisted that we take an extended drive to confirm that the matter had been resolved to my satisfaction.
I have owned a number of Mercedes over the years and while the service has usually been top notch, Mike stands head and shoulders above his counterparts.
Sincere thanks to Mike and also to Maddy, who connected me with Mike and worked with me along the way.

If I could leave a 10 star I would!! My husband and I flew across the country from grosse pointe Michigan to get my car! Cash and Elizabeth helped with the purchase. We were thoroughly impressed with both of them! They were so helpful, and knowledgeable and they made everything so easy!! What a pleasure to deal with them. We’ve had numerous BMW’s and Mercedes all purchased in Michigan and we have never had an experience like the one we had a M Benz of Bend Oregon!!! We will definitely buy a car from them again!! Thanks again Elizabeth and Cash!!!!!!!

Extremely frustrated that we were not explained that Mercedes remote start feature is only free for the first 3 years. This was never once brought up during the purchasing process. Ever.
Ours just ended yesterday and its a real darn shame. Seems to be a paid subscription thing now.

My MB motorhome had the turbo go out on me traveling west from McCall, ID. I limped into MB of Bend first thing Friday morning. Coby assisted me stating it they don't do van service there, they are fully booked, and likely to be several days due to service closed on weekends. I explained I'm trying to get home to Sacramento. He said he would take a look. He immediately found that the turbo hose had xome loose. With the assistance of Patrick they reattached the hose, made sure it was secured, started engine, and all sounded great. They sent me on my way, no charge! Truly great service by very nice people. Restored my faith in MB.

I would like to share the positive experience I had with the Mercedes or Bend Service Department. Last week, my family and I were on a trip to Bend for a camping trip in our converted Sprinter van. During the 5 hour trip our van started having issues with a loss of power during acceleration and sporadic gear shifting. I called the dealership as soon as we arrived in Bend and talked to Maddie. She took great care of us and got our van in immediately to the service center. Repairs were completed that day and we were on our way. Maddie really went the extra mile to help us and her friendly demeanor and positive attitude made a difficult situation much easier for my family. Thanks Maddie and to the tech who worked on our van. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and have never experienced service like this.
