The Account Representative, Kevin Ortiz, was excellent in helping me open a trust account. He was able to see me right away, guided me to bring the right documents, and was immensely patient with all my questions. Kudos to Mid Oregon!

Danielle at the Olney location has been absolutely incredible assisting me with my business loan. I had an unusual situation where I wanted to borrow against my VW bus that I use for my business. Danielle was so informative, suggesting I have an appraiser look at it to get an accurate value, as it is a collectors item. Had she not suggested this, I would have been given a fraction of its value and not gotten my loan (which will also benefit me should I ever want to sell).The day I came in to sign papers, Danielle stayed late because I had also inquired last minute about a credit card. Not only did I not have to wait several business days for an answer, Danielle was able to get me a much higher limit than I had expected.Danielle is absolutely an asset to Mid-Oregon Credit Union, and has certainly been a key in keeping me as a loyal customer over the years. She is also the reason I got the loan for my business; without her educating me, I would have never gone for it.Thank you to Danielle personally and the Olney branch. I am so grateful to be part of a local credit union and so thankful I have been able to fulfill my four year in the making dream and start, "Toots & De'Shoots" Retro Photo Booth.I look forward to the future working with Danielle and the MOCU team.

absolute garbage. the ladies are sweet and accountants nice but they locked my card for trying to get a ride when I was stuck in the mountains and the next day is a holiday and I cannot access my money. I am leaving this bank next week for a bank with customer service.

My husband and I always had problems with banks and especially the big ones. We were lucky to go a few weeks without some issue, and go a year before changing banks. We even just quit trying, just to much trouble! That was 2 decades ago when we opened our account with MOCU, and we never have been happier. They do not do any sneaky shenanigans, the few problems that have came up they quickly handle regardless who is at fault including with scammers which they are very quick to spot. We even got a car loan through them recently and Tomas at the Bend branch was a pleasure plus he saved us a bundle compared to the different car dealers. Give these people a try and if you do not like them my husband says he will eat a bug....kidding about the bug.

Emillo was super helpful and thorough today!!I prefer this olney location for any banking needs i have that require me to physically go to the bank. The Staff is always very friendly and willing to assist to the best of their abilities.

Worst experience and I am sorry to have to even leave a review but I want to warn others! I needed to find a local credit union to do business locally and Mid Oregon was the first to pop up on my Google search...so I went with it and opened accounts there! Nothing but headaches from the get go! One thing right after another...fees, delays, communication issues, challenged customer service, more fees, up to and including just flat out being lied to (I'll be closing my account tomorrow on this last one)! Now I know information sometimes gets misinterpreted and relayed in strange ways...but this was clear and precise...no room for error and I was lied to! I thought this was a Bend ran business by folks in the Bend community that shared the same values! That doesn't seem to be the case and I'm not sure why these things are allowed to happen at this credit union...either way...they are happening and it seems to be accepted as normal day to day business! I've read through the reviews and some are great but the ones like mine are not great...so before you do a minute of business with them...consider you might end up leaving a review like this when it's all said and done!

November 30th, 2022, I was not expecting the service that I received. What I thought was going to be refinancing my car, turned into refinancing my car, pulling my recent consolidation loan in with my car refinance for one payment, saving me $500 a month. Thank you so much Danielle for being extremely prompt and knowledgeable in what you do and helping make a difference in my budget and frankly my day. That savings is huge and your sweet and courteous personality, you have been my all-time favorite customer service experience in my 41 years of life (I guess at least 10 of those years don't count ;) ). Look forward to working with Danielle and Mid-Oregon for years to come.

They have a loan officer named Danielle J. She is one of the most helpful people i have ever dealt with in banking/customer service.Someone who actually cared about my situation and handled it with a sense of urgency.But honestly a great bank overall!

The better local branch bank -- two lanes of drive thru and indoor banking as well -- applying for services is somewhat confusing -- good location and helpful staff. Just watch out for troublems online and in app

First of all, they were able to give me a loan on a really obscure vehicle (Ford Sportsmobile) that is worth well above what Kelly Blue Book values it at. I happened to sell the rig much sooner than anticipated, and I just need to say the staff went above and beyond to help me give the buyer the title same-day. Bank of America wasn't answering their phone in order to verify the cashier's check, so a gal from Mid Oregon (wish I could remember her name) took matters into her own hands and WALKED OVER to Bank of America just to verify it for me. Seriously A+, you guys are awesome!!
