Carl was amazing to work with. He was up front, transparent, and honest with our family the entire time we worked with him and his company. He is creative and works hard to get you into your home. After we sold our home and moved out of Oregon he has always been available for help and advise on home buying. We truly valued and trusted his service and advise. Finding someone that you can trust in this business is hard and he proved to us more than once that he is that person. With Carl and his company, you feel like you are the #1 customer even when you are not carrying a loan with him anymore.

I cannot say enough positive things about Carl and his team! Carl was ultimately the one who walked my husband and I through the possibility of relocating to Bend back in 2019 and has been there anytime we've had any lending questions - or real estate in general. He is incredibly responsive, prompt, and goes the extra step to make sure you really understand the process and your options. If you need a lender in Oregon, Carl is your guy!!!!

Carl was amazing to work with for the purchase of our new home. He worked tirelessly to get us approved, to get us great rates, and – since we were working on a very short timeline – he somehow got us into our home weeks before we expected. We honestly don't know how he did it, but we couldn't be more grateful for all of the work he did for us. During an extremely busy time of year for him, he had the ability to make us feel like we were his #1 clients. Plus, he's a super cool dude and was great to get to know, and made us feel very welcome in our new hometown.

Fantastic - Disclosure, I knew Carl before but I was more than just business with a friend. I missed him a few times and was in a rush so contacted a few banks and direct lenders. They had the best rates by quite a bit but the biggest difference was the expertise. He knew exactly how to handle our unusual loan application and was able to get lenders to back down from difficult requests several times. I'd recommend them for a loan without hesitation. Nobody was anywhere near as polished (or up front).

We were given the go ahead to search for homes at first in the range of $290,000-$310,000. After looking at 8 homes, wasting an entire day narrowing it down to 2, we get told that we can't be looking at homes that high in pricing, now it's dropped to $280,00-$295,000.. what?! So we continue looking, then we find one for $289.000 and make an offer, without a pre-approval pretty much because we couldn't get a straight answer on anything, the seller accepts our offer and knows it's contingent upon loan approval.. Then most of the documents we are sent have huge errors in them, in our income amounts, the age of our Daughter. We could completely tell we were not a priority with this company and to have us and our realtor being told that we would qualify for amounts that we wouldn't was completely unprofessional. They need to make sure they have all the information they need from the borrowers and the loans they are going for BEFORE giving the go ahead for buyers to start looking and making offers. This is literally happening to my co-worker as I'm writing this with this same company. Them giving the pre-approval, her making an offer on a house, and NOW there's an issue.. she just had to pull her offer. I would not recommend this company at all. Tried to warn my co-worker before she started working with them to save her hassle.
