I recently had many booklets printed at Minuteman Press and the quality of work is amazing! I expected to be stapling each book together by hand and I was pleasantly surprised they did it all for me! Totally worth every penny and I will be going back to them for all my printing needs!

I was hosting a workshop and we ran into an issue with our printed material arriving from HQ. I needed (22) 80+ page, full color, spiral bound manuals in a VERY short turnaround. The team in Bend absolutely delivered, communicated, and was professional in every aspect. Would recommend to anyone for a normal job, and they can even get the last min ones done in a snap!

I called to find out if they would make my Notary Stamp and how much it would cost. This very incompetent woman named Renee who answered the phone couldn't give me any information. I told her I was driving down from Sunriver i needed the information soon. She said she would have to get back to me and send me a quote. I made it to bend and I hadn't heard anything. So I went to bend rubber stamp, to get it done. Where they're only gonna charge me $35 to do it. Shortly after I left Bend Rubber Stamps, I got the quote from this place and it was $50. I really haven't seen that type of service in quite a while. It was just ridiculous and exhausting. I'm kinda glad I took my business elsewhere. They need to hire people that know what they're doing. I am sure they lose a lot of business this way.

Although I have used them many times and been satisfied, my last experience was not good. So I will not be going back. They made some ‘rush’ label which I paid extra for) for me because I needed them to go over a book ISBN (scan on back). I was taking books to Mexico to sell. She called saying the cutter machine was not working properly and labels were a little off. . Aupon trying to adhere them thst night, they were different sizes.
What she should have done was produce quality work instead of asking permission for her to send me inferior.
She knew I had to leave the next day. I asked for a refund, she said it wasn’t their policy. She said she’d redo them. I said- no I am in Mexico. She redid them anyway.
