“After dealing with both TMobile and Verizon as customers, we dread heading into the phone store. We did have to wait awhile and weren’t offered a greeting until they were ready to see us, but Austin was very helpful, straightforward and didn’t give us the runaround that we are used to”
“Awesome,Got a new phone, the service setup and my phone activated in less then 30 minutes and I am a new customer.The guy that helped me was very well trained and knew what he was doing and stayed organized and efficient even though it got very busy in the short amount of time I was there.I don't know how the phone service is but the service at the store tops any other phone dealer I've felt with (Verizon & T-mobile)”
“I had an amazing experience at this US cellular store with a representative by the name of Colton Mosher, when I got my new phone. I have never left a review before. I was very impressed with Colton and how streamline and cordial he was.
The man deserves a raise and/ or recognition from US cellular at the bare minimum. This is coming from a person who regularly deals with salespeople, and corporate entities. Hopefully he does get his recognition. I’d hire him for the face of my company in a heartbeat.”
