Broken door lock, dirty hand prints on door, broken phone, wifi didn’t connect well in one of the rooms. The staff didn’t seem honest either. I won’t stay here again!

We stayed here as it was close to the Domino room, where we were going for a concert. We were able to walk there from the motel. Our two rooms were clean, and it was obvious they had taken care in decorating each of the rooms. Bathrooms had been remodeled and there was a mini fridge and a small microwave in each room. I accidentally left my key in the room and had to wake the night manager to get another key, but she was very patient with me. If we come back to Bend for another event, we would stay here again.

The room was riddled with bedbugs. My girlfriend and I woke up and had bite marks all across our forearms. Front office doesn't care one bit, either. Spend a few extra dollars and stay away.

I come through Bend about 4-5 times per year and Motel West is my go-to place to stay. It’s very affordable and has nice, clean accommodations. Can’t really ask for more!

Thanks for being our go-to place to stay in Bend! The staff have always been professional and we’ve consistently been provided a good value and pleasant experience every time we’ve came, several times now. The outside has been freshly painted, rooms have been refreshed and have enough tables/chairs, but most importantly it feels more homey than most cheap hotels. Only con this time was that the room could have been cleaned better so we have to do our own cleaning, for instance the inside of the door and anywhere white had obvious dirt marks.

The rooms were clean and well maintained the staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay at this motel. The price is very reasonable.

I'm sorry but this place is a dive. I have no idea how it has better ratings than it should. It stunk so bad I had to walk in the door and immediately leave to go out and buy Febreze then come back and spray it everywhere and I mean everywhere. Then I dared to take off my shoes and walk across the room a few times and looked down at my white socks and they were black!!!!!! So gross!!!!! And it was literally in skid row! I had to sleep with one ear and one eye open because of all the degenerates walking all around it. It's literally in the worst part of town!The only, and I mean the only good thing this place had going for it, was the refrigerator. And that folks was it!I recommend spending a few more bucks and having a better night's rest than I did.

Stay. Away. My friend went to check in for us and was given a room with someone already in it. The front desk was clueless. We contacted them and they didn’t even apologize but just gave us another key to another room.I don’t want to stay in a place where someone could just walk in at 11pm with an extra key and rob, shoot, or kill me. There’s also a homeless encampment nearby. Very very very shady.On top of that, reverse it. With how things are, what if we had checked in at 11pm, walked into the room with a key we were provided with by the front desk and a family of 4 was staying there and one of the parents pulled out a gun and shot us dead out of self-defense.We contacted the hotel for a refund and they declined. So just be aware. An Airbnb may be a little more expensive it’s safer than this place.HOTEL MANAGEMENT YOU NEED TO LOOK INTO THIS. CONTACT YOUR FRONT DESK WORKERS. THIS IS NOT OK AND DANGEROUS.

Good place to stay when visiting Bend! The rooms are clean, can be a bit old but the beds are comfortable! I recommend stopping by here as it can be an affordable option when staying in the area!

A definite budget motel that is in need of some remodeling. The room and linens were clean. It is within walking distance of several restaurants. Also, easy access to the Hiway.

The folks at the front desk were pleasant, parking was easy, and the room was very nice. The best mini fridge I've had anywhere -it had a separate freezer compartment! The room was quiet, had TWO chairs and TWO bedside tables for our single queen! The bed was comfy and the bed linens very nice. The decorations were very thoughtful and I really appreciate that the bed and bath linens were not drenched in perfumy stuff. Thank you! Would stay again.

For the price, this motel is pretty good. The room was a little small, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. The reason I gave 4 stars for the room was because the wifi was a little touchy. There are more than one connection and at once point, none of them wanted to connect. Once connected though, it was fine the majority of our stay. Regardless, we'd stay there again in the future.
