Support your local coin shop. All the negative reviews here are what you'll see at just about any coin shop throughout the US.

I had some items that I was looking to have appraised/sell. The staff helped me as soon as I walked in. They sorted through the lot and explained what they would be interested in buying. Based on current spot prices for metals they offered a fair price (you have to remember they are a business, trying to make money as well). They also offered to put me in contact with some of their connections throughout Central Oregon to help move a few other types of collectibles. Overall good experience, would do business with them again.

Offered wellllllllll under spot price for gold. 1500 dollars in gold and offered 500 bucks. Crazy.
Look at other reviews where they tried to scam people into thinking their gold is plated or also offered a ridiculous price.
Best to avoid.

I've had two occasions to use Mountain High's services - once with an old silverware collection, and once with an old gold ring, and both times I was very satisfied with my payout. Conscientious folks running this business - thank you!

Robin is the best! My mom had several items, some were purchased, some repaired and some she gave us a ballpark figure for what they could sell for. Coleen is also a sweetie.

I brought in some old silver coins to exchange for cash. I was given a fair price. Colleen and her mom, Carolyn, are very nice, kind, and personable. Recommended.

Mountain High Coin is a very special family owned business. They have been in the area for 30+ years. Not only do they specialize in jewelry, gold, and silver but they are always trying to find the most unique items to set themselves apart from the industry standard. They offer onsite assessments for various items. They take special time and care with estate collection. MHC have teamed up with some very talented individuals in our area to not only build their knowledge base but also help customers reach their goal of fair value for their items. The customer service team are some of the most talented and highly educated in their fields. This mother daughter team has done an amazing job making the store feel like a home away from home and are the most generous, caring and fair people you will ever encounter. They always do their best to make sure everyone has a great experience when visiting the shop. I would recommend and encourage you to come in a look around. You might be surprised by the unexpected items you could find.

They have somebody there working with cards sending them to get graded for PSA and hope you will sell them on their platform for ebay. If anybody reads this I do not ever recommend that your cards go with them There's no way it takes P S.A. To grade 7 cards 8 months And I'm being told that I still have a month to go At this point I'm worried that my cards are gone Employee Corner may have had foul play. One card of which was my autograph Mickey mantle

Dishonest.they offer 5$ a gram for gold and acted like diamonds are worthless.. until they try to sell.. then they cost thousands.
