I love Move Pilates. The classes are always great and the people are so nice. The owner really takes the time to help you with moves and makes the classes interesting and fun. My favorite is Jump-board on Friday.

We are located next to the Box Factory between Old Mill and Downtown Bend, within walking distance to the Deschutes River and local coffee shops and food trucks to visit before or after class.
